As I walked into the classroom I immediately looked for Patricia.

When I didn't see her I ran to my right back out of the classroom.

As I ran out I felt bay near and I knew he saw me running. I didn't care. He probably thought I was gonna go cry over him rejecting me. Honestly I don't know if I will.

But the real reason I was running was cause I needed to calm my wolf Naomi down and on top of that I needed to get my fangs to retract.

When my fangs come out you know shit just got real!!!

I ran to my locker, punched it so it would open then threw all my stuff in then pretended to do stuff while I mind linked Patricia.

'Hey I'm gonna be at school today. Something came up. Can you take my stuff back to the truck? You know where the keys are.'

'Alyssa what's wrong?'

'Ill tell you later'

'Where are you gonna be?'

'I just need to think. We'll talk later' then I ignored her, slammed my locker shut and ran out of the front doors.

I looked around and saw a few people around then I saw Patricia with Kane.

Her head whipped to me. When our eyes locked I used my vamp speed to get right next to her.

"Kane, I'm gonna take her. Deal with it. Get our stuff and put it in her locker."

With that I threw pep into my back then ran into the woods behind the school then kept going until we reached my secret tree house.

I jumped through the window then proceeded to set her on the couch and sat down myself.

I stared at the wall while she just looked at me.

"Alyssa. . . what's wrong? I thought u wanted to talk later?. . . " she asked me softly.

I looked over with tears in my eyes. I crawled into her lap and just started

Patricia POV

So I'm just with Kane when Alyssa mind links me saying something happened. She wouldn't tell me anything just that she had to go.

"Hey what's wrong?"

I look up into Kane's eyes and see worry.

"Oh nothin-" but I get cut off cause I smell Alyssa.

I whip my head to the left and there she is. She's looking right at me. Next she's right next to me.

"Kane, I'm gonna take her. Deal with it. Get our stuff and put it in her locker." She says.

Next thing I know I'm on her back and we're running through the woods behind the school.

Once we finally stop we are in some tree house. She puts me down on a couch! She then sits down and just stares at the wall while I just look at her.

I decide to break the silence and say "Alyssa. . . what's wrong? I thought u wanted to talk later?. . . " I ask her gently.

She turned and looked at me for a couple seconds then crawled into my lap and started to CRY!!!

I slowly wrapped my arms around her and just sat there not saying anything and just holding her tightly to me while she cried her heart out. . . .

Once her sobs turned to sniffles I asked her very slowly. . .

"Alyssa WHO THE HELL MADE YOU CRY?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

Never said I was gonna be calm.

She looked up at me and told me everything. . . . .

"Do you want me to beat him? I won't kill him cause that would kill you but he will wish he was dead by the time I'm done!"

She started laughing then looked back up at me and said "nah it's okay. Knowing me I'll probably bitch slap him next time I see him!" She chuckled evilly.

"Hahahahahahahaha I can't wait!"

"Please don't tell anyone. . . " she mumbled. I almost didn't hear her. She was that quiet.

"Not unless you say I can"

"I love u pepper"

"I love u too taco. Now what do you say about us getting some food?"

"OH MY GODS YES!!!" She said happily looking up at me. Then she looked back at me with a knowing look on her face "you want to ride on my back again don't you?"

I nodded eagerly and jumped onto her back. She then jumped out of the window and started to run home.

As we ran I sniffed the air cause the woods always calmed me but then I smelled. . . . blood. . . mixed with. . . . is that . . . .
