"Jesse why are we together if you don't care?" I said, the rain began to pour. But I didn't care, all I did care about was this conversation. Jesse looked down "Cathy I do care".
"then what's wrong jesse?" I sighed. He looked down back at the ground "honestly cath I don't know"
"This is hopeless jesse you don't understand how I feel about you but I guess to you it's just bullshit"
"please cathy"
"no jesse, prove to me that you love me"
He didn't do anything.
"I knew it this was not real to you"
"cathy please"
Before I knew it the rain began to fall on us, soaking us. Jesse walked up to me and placed his hand on my cheek.
"jesse, why are you doing this"
"to prove to you that I love you"
Before I could respond he forced his lips on mine. I kissed back. It felt like eternity till he broke away.
"now do you know how I feel about you?"
"oh jesse I've known from the start, I just needed to hear it from you"
He smiled. I held him as he stroked my hair. The rain began to pour even heavier.
"lets get out of this rain" he said grabbing my hand.
"yes let's"
We walked to a small bench under a tree "God I remember the first time I got you high" jesse said holding my waist. I smiled "eveyone thought we had sex"
"The truth is during that time we blazed I kept waiting for you to kiss me"
I kissed on him the lips "is that waiting done now?". He smiled "I think so". He wrapped me in a warm hug "from the day we accidently wore the same outfit I knew I wanted to be with you cathy charles". I looked at him "and from the day I blazed with you I knew I wanted to be with you"
We stared out in the rain, our hopeless love story will forever be like this. We might still have our fights but we will always love each other no matter what.
