Our weekend at Hogsmeade was sadly over. We made our way to the castle, trodding through the snow. As we made it to the castle lawn, some of the kids that stayed over the holiday were playing outside. A second year Slytherin ran up to us, "Professor! The stupid Gryffindor twins jinxed snowballs to follow us around and attack us." The boy complained. I had to hide my laughter. Those twins were always up to something. "Very well. They will be punished." Severus coldly replied. The boy smiled and ran off. "You are not seriously planning to punish the twins? Its Christmas break." I asked him as we walked inside the castle. "I dont see why not they broke school rules." Severus argued. "You dont have to be a dick all the time, you know." I told him, he raised an eyebrow at me. "Fine. I will not punish them. But I will tell them that if I hear anything else about it, there will be consequences." I sighed and shook my head. "And you tell me I'm stubborn." I laughed. "I'm going to go talk to Albus. I'll see you later." I smiled at him and quickly kissed his cheek before walking towards the Headmasters chambers. "Chocoballs." I told the gargoyle. It turned, revealing the stairs. I walked up them and pulled the letter out of my robes.
"Ah, Alexandria. I was wondering when you might stop by." Albus greeted me. "I wanted to talk about your letter." I sat down in front of his desk. "Very well then. What I am going to tell you, will undoubtedly shock you." He said as he sat up straight in his chair. I nodded and bit my lip. "First off, you are not a true Lovecrest. That is your adopted name. You are actually an Evans." I swallowed. "What do you mean? My parents never told me about this." I said, trying to take what he had just informed me. "Yes they were informed not to. They took you in as a favor from me. Your mother, Petunia had you in wedlock. At first she cared for you, but when you turned 2 you began showing signs of magic. She was without magic, but her sister Lily was a witch. Petunia was very jealous of her and became jealous of you as well. She treated you very wrong, so wrong I believe you have blocked out all of the memories of her. Which is possibly for the best." Albus explained to me. I nodded. "I think I have nightmares about her, but there is sometimes another woman. She saves me." I said to him, making the connection to my nightnares. "Yes, that would be your aunt Lily. She found out about you, and how you were treated and took you away from her. She is the one who wrote the letter. She was upset that she could not take care of you. She was newly married and didnt not have the means to provide for you. She came to me and explained the situation. That is when I contacted the Lovecrest family to take you in." "Can I meet her? My aunt?" I asked hopefully. "Sadly she passed away ten years ago. She was killed by Voldemort, however she did have a son. Your cousin. He is alive." He told me. "Where is he? What is his name?" I questioned. I was eager to meet my real family. "He is here, inside Hogwarts." My mind was racing back and forth. Who was my cousin? Did I know him? Was he a Gryffindor? A Hufflepuff maybe? "Who is it, sir?" I asked him. "It is Harry Potter." Albus informed me. I was in complete shock. Harry Potter, the boy who lived, my first year student, is my younger cousin. "Does he know?" I questioned. "I thought it best to let you inform him." Albus replied. "I have to go tell him!" I jumped out of my chair, about to run out when Dumbledore stopped me. "Alexandria, there is one more thing." I turned around and faced him. "Your aunt Lily, she is the same one who Severus loved. It would be wise to tell him, as to not keep it a secret, but he may not react very well. Remeber his feelings as well as your own." Albus warned me. I nodded and ran down the stairs. After I left Albus' office I sat down on the floor to read the letter. Somehow I was finally able to open it.

My dear Alaxandria,
If you are reading this, it must mean I am no longer here to tell you myself. Your uncle and I are so sorry we were not able to take you in. We are fighting a war, one that I do not want you to be a part of. However, we will be having to go into hiding. I am pregnant and we cannot raise a child in this war. There will only be a couple people that know where we are. We would come and get you but it is safer to stay away from us. Voldemort must be stopped. I hope by the time you read this, you will be safe and sound. I hope you find love, and if you meet Harry.... Please take care of him. He will need you. I love you, and I hope I will be able to tell you myself one day.
                                      Your aunt,
                             Lily Evans-Potter
