You were in a meeting room with Fury. You were sitting next to Clint as Fury came in with a file and put it in front of us. "Read that." he said and you opened the file. It was a paper of information of Tony Stark. It read:
Name: Anthony "Tony" Howard Stark Jr.
Alias: Iron Man
Age: 35
Information: A genius scientist that was in an accident that changed his life. He's now known as the hero Iron Man. He will be the Co-leader of the Avengers.

You flipped the page and it read:
Name: Steven Rogers
Alias: Captain America
Age: 94
Information: A regular man who fought in World War II. With an experiment from Howard Stark it gave Steven enhanced human abilities. Froze for 70 years just recently got thawed out of the ice. Will be the leader of the Avengers.

You and Clint then looked up at Fury. "The Avengers?" Clint asked Fury nodded. "Yes, it'll be a group of heroes to protect the world." he said having his hands behind his back. "But for now, I want you two to watch and make sure Dr. Selvig will stay safe as he works on the Tesseract." you both nodded "Yes sir." you both said and went down to Clint's "Nest" as people like to call it and watched Selvig.
After a while, Nick came through "Where's Barton and (L/n)?" you heard him ask someone and they pointed up to us "In Hawk's Nest." they said and you went down to Nick. "You're supposed to be watching the doctor." he said to us as you walked and Clint put an arm around your shoulders. "We work better from a distance." Clint said you looked at Nick
"No one's come or gone. It's oven is clean. No contacts, no I.M.'s. If there was any tampering, sir, it wasn't at this end." you said and he nodded we continued talking then the Tesseract starting acting up and a guy wearing green and gold, with a gold helmet with horns and had a spear, and long black hair.
"Sir, please put down the spear!" Nick yelled as you put your hand to your side to take out your gun. The guy then rose his spear and a blue blast shot from it. Clint tackled you down and Fury got to the floor as well. "You have heart." the guy said and went over to us and touched Clint's head with the spear and Clint's eyes turned black and he got up. "Clint?" You asked but there was no response.
You then saw Nick get the Tesseract and put it in a case. "Please don't. I still need that." the guy said and Nick faced him and you made your way over to Nick "This doesn't have to get any messier." Nick said you all then found out his name was Loki. After a while, and a lot of fighting.
The Avenger's were made, we got Clint back and took Loki down. You were now with Clint in the new Avenger's tower. Standing on the balcony you looked up at Clint "I'm glad this is all over now." you said and he looked down at you and smiled slightly and grabbed your hands.
"(Y/n), I know we've only been dating for a few months. But I've been thinking, what if we go into retirement and start a family of our own? And of course we can always come back if they absolutely need us." he said and you smiled and put your hand on his cheek and kissed him for a moment then put your foreheads together. "I would love that." you said and he smiled widely.
