-Ashton's POV-
I sighed softly as I watched Alex's girlfriend flirt with me, but a smile remained on my face which I had practiced time and time again.
I had enough of it when I blurted out "I'm gay!" Suddenly everyone turned to me, well consisting of Jace, Alex, Stacy, and his other friends.
I sighed and stood up walking out of the lunch room.
-Jace's POV-
My eyes widened when I heard what came out of his mouth.
We all sat there dumbfounded with our mouth agape excepts Alex's who said. "Close your mouth your gonna get a fly in it" He laughed
Of course only he would see that coming..
We all decided to leave Ashton alone saying it was best to give him his own space and time.
-Back to Ashton's POV-
I ran ditching school, I ran and ran till my feet ached from running in my vans.
I sat at a park throwing wood chips at a slide.
I miss him.. I missed him of all people.. but I had to move at the worst time possible, when I was actually happy.
Jace reminded me of him so much Fucking Hell!
"I miss the times when I actually meant something to people.." I mumbled to myself
I didn't realize how long I was sitting there before I saw Jace right in front of me.
"Hey.." He whispered which in return I stayed in silence it was for the best.
"You don't have to talk, look at me, or even listen to what I'm saying.. I just want you to know that it's okay to tell people who you are.. and I may not be helping but I'm just letting you know your welcome to come home with me, some Disney movies and hot chocolate will always numb the hurt." Jace said making me smile a bit inside but on the outside I remained emotionless.
With that he walked off but I grabbed his wrist not even noticing I was doing before I looked up at him. "I wanna go watch Disney movies with you." I said with a small very small smile.
I then stood up and we walked to his house in comfortable silence. I really needed to be with someone right now before I do something stupid.
We made it to his house when we entered I was surprised to enter to a silent house.
"my parents are on a trip." Jace said as if reading my mind
I nodded and looked around the what seemed to be living room.
Jace smiled and started throwing blankets on the couch "get comfy!" he yelled as he entered the kitchen to make what I'm guessing is hot chocolate.
He didn't have to tell me twice. I started positioning the blankets basically become a human burrito.
Jace chuckled and sat the hot chocolate down as he joined me while turning on the TV on putting Mulan on! My favorite!
Jace smiled "Mulan is my favorite" he laughed. "Me too" I smiled which earned a surprised look from Jace.
Soon the movie was over and we looked at each other, we were closer to each other than we started which we were on opposite sides of the couch..
Jace blushed a bit and I just smiled chuckling in return.
We looked at each other in the eyes before Jace looked away standing up. "It's getting late.." he said with a sigh picking up the cups now empty of hot chocolate.
I nodded and stood up as well folding the blankets and stacking them on the couch since I didn't know where they were suppose to go.
Soon we were outside the door. "Thank you for everything I feel so much better." I said to Jace very sincerely.
Jace smiled. "Me too you made my day better as well." he said looking around avoiding eye contact.
We exchanged goodbyes and I went home to the house next door.
I opened the door to my mom yelling at me. "Why the hell are you home late!" she yelled while throwing her shoe at me. I said nothing and ran to my room locking the door
