Chapter 2

Celeste

It's happening again.

The nightmare.

I'm in a dark place full of smoke,I can't see clearly.

There's plants everywhere.

Turning around,nowhere to escape.

The same thing will happen.

I'll get chained up,face scratched,abdomen punched,hair pulled and feel my blood get sucked away.

Something is coming towards me.

The thing that causes my nightmare.

Black crown , red and black long curly hair, long black nails, bloodshot eyes, black lips, white fangs and very fair skin.

And now it's right in front of me.

Choking me,I can't feel myself.

With my eyes blurred with tears of pain,I see the figure smirking,"Evan will be mine,he belongs to me,ONLY ME!"

I feel myself drop to the ground after hearing a screech.

Weird,it's different,the nightmare's different.

"For how many times should I tell you to stay away from her Mara!She is destined with Evan!You'll never get him or break them apart!"

This time,a deep voice was heard.

Filled with furious and anger.

"No!I will get him,he belongs to me- argh!"

I saw the figure disappearing and the deep voice behind me

"It's okay now dear,you'll be fine,I will never let them hurt you."

I woke up with sweats falling down my head.

I manage to escape the nightmare.

I look at the clock,it's 4 in the morning.

The nightmare today is different. I got help by someone.

He called me dear.Only mom calls me that.

Perhaps..

Its dad!Dad helped me!

I ran to my mom's room,waking her up.

"What's the matter dear?Nightmare again?"

"Yes,no!I mean it's a nightmare with good ending!"

"Calm down,tell me what happened"

"The same thing!Just this time someone help me defeat the thing!He called me dear!Only you call me that but this person has a deep voice,I suppose he is dad!"

Without me knowing,mum had a tissue to wipe off my sweat and tears. I didn't even know I was crying.

"Don't cry,dad is always with us.He protects us from another place.I trusted him,and he didn't disappoint me.Now sleep dear"

We fell asleep quick,me in mom's embracement.

This is the first time in 3 months I have a peaceful sleep.
