Housekeeper

First Day

Mother told me to find a summer job, so I signed up for HouseKeeping. She asked me why I signed up for that kind of job.

Then I told her that ' there's no other vacant jobs that accepts highschool graduates. Gladly, she accepts the job I signed up for and she supports me as well.

One week later

Today is my first day of the job. I bid goodbye to my mother and told her that ' I'm not coming home this month. '

While walking down the street, a black luxurious car stopped beside the sidewalk and rolled down it's window.

"Are you miss Kelly Gale?" A man wearing a formal suit and Tie seating on the driver seat asked me.

"Yes I am sir" I answered politely.

"The masters are waiting for you, hop in" he said. I obeyed the man. I hopped in the luxurious car and sat on the passenger's seat.

"By the way, I'm Carlos. I'm the family driver of the Wilson Family." He introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you Sir Carlos" I said and smiled at him. He suddenly chuckled.

"Just call me Carlos" he said and I nod.

The whole ride was very quiet. The car suddenly stopped. I climbed out of the car and stared at the big creepy mansion infront of me. The sky's color was grey. It's like I'm in a horror movie.

When I entered the mansion. My eyes wandered the place in awe. The aura outside was far different here inside. The place was full of luxurious things. It also has a very expensive looking chandelier.

I was greeted by a couple in the living room. Both of them looked like in mid 40's.

"Good morning masters." I greeted them. They also greeted me in return.

"Kelly here's the list of things you're doing while we're gone." They gave the list to me. I looked at it, some of it were hard and some of it were easy. I smiled at them then nod.

Then suddenly a man looked like he's around my age came down from the stairs.

"Oh right. Kelly, meet our son, Xander. He's 18 years old. He will be staying here." Mrs. Wilson said. I greeted the man. He just gave me his cold looks.

Mr. And mrs. Wilson left the house a while ago. There's nothing to do right now so I decided to roam around so that I can recognize the place.

While roaming around, I saw a door a bit open. I walk towards peeked inside, it was a staircase leading to the basement.

"What are you doing there?" Someone asked. I turned around and It's just Carlos.

"I-I went to close this d-door? Ah yes... I went to close this door." Ok I lied.

"Ok? Just don't go there. The masters will be angry." I nod then Carlos left.

"Kelly." I heard master Xander called me.

"Yes master?"

"Don't call me that. Just call me by my name."

"Ok... Xander"

"By the way I want you to look after the house, because I'm going out."

"But master, I mean Xander. The masters will be angry and-"

"F*ck that. I don't need their instructions."

"O-ok" Right after I responded, he immediately went out of the house.

I suddenly heard a noise from the basement. With my curiosity, I went to the basement door. You know how stubborn I am. I twisted the knob and peeked at the door. A disgusting rotten smell greeted me. I pinched my nose close.

"Kelly!" I panicked. I quickly closed the door and release my fingers on my nose.

"Yes Xander?"

"Did you saw my wallet?"

"I think it's on the coffee table master."

"Ugh! I told you to stop calling me that. Why are you sweating?" He asked. I put my hand on my forehead. He's right I was sweating.

"I- It's hot in here."

" No it's not. Lem'me guess... " I started to sweat more. Omg.

"Did you went to that door?" He was referring to the basement door. I saw him smirk. What the?

"No I didn't." I said. That smirk was still plastered on his pale face.

"Ok nevermind. I'm going out." With that he left me infront of the basement door.

' I will never go to that disgusting room again. ' I thought.

'Ugh! Why do I feel so Hot right now?'

I decided to take a bath. I stepped in the bathroom in my room. I strip myself and turned on the shower.

'ah~ the water feels nice' then I heard a 'tud' from the bedroom.

"Hello? Is anybody there?" I asked but nobody answered. I continued to take a shower.

Another loud noise came from the bedroom. I turned off the shower and put a towel around my body. I stepped out of the shower to see what was that noise. But I only saw the bedroom empty.

'what was that?' I thought. I changed into some comfortable clothes. I went of the room and I tried to find Carlos to talk about that but I couldn't find him. I took a glanced from the wall clock In the living room.

4:50 pm

'where is that Xander?'

I've done all of things I should do in the list. So I don't have anything to do now. I took a glanced again on the Wall clock.

8:56pm

Woah. That was fast.

I pulled out my phone and scanned through my social media accounts.

While scrolling, my eyes landed on an article.

'A man found dead near Agma Street'

Agma street? Isn't that Wilson family's Street?

This is starting to creep me out.

The front door suddenly swung open. I saw Xander covered with... Blood?
