Orphan ||Kim Taehyung X Reader||

2. Family

It was the afternoon already and we were still cleaning the back lawn of the orphanage.  Every week we clean the lawn,  The older kids clean outside while the younger ones Clean the room insides.

As far as I know there's 355 kids at this orphanage.   There's 200 older kids and the rest are little kids.

This orphanage is 5 and above of age, and some kids get delivered each week or so.   Older girls like me sometimes help the sister's with taking care of the little kids, we feed them and play to make them feel better.    We give them love even though they never gave us.

Jungkook got abandoned to 3 different orphanages before he came here.
   I always try being there for him but he tries harder.

I was finally done cleaning the big bird fountain as I hear someone call my name.

"Y/N!! Come to the office" Maxxy yelled from his bedroom window.

The little boy they call Maxxy is 9 years of age, His name is well know here because he usually helps alot and  is the sister's pet. 

I roll my eyes and walk inside to the offjce.   "Hey Y/N, your not done yet!" Irene yelled from behind.

Irene....... There is always that girl that   makes you wanna smack her in the face.   Yeah that's Irene.    She has feelings for Jungkook, Oh and hates me because she is jealous that she isn't me,  I usually try making her more mad to have a good excuse to smack her.     She also thinks that she is above everyone here, just because she has been adopted to rich parents.

"Fuck off Irene"  I yelled back not looking forward.  I opened the door and closed it fast trying not to hear what Irene has to say back. 

I walked quickly to the office, I really was surprised they called me, They usually call someone when,
They get In trouble, Broke the rules, ate to much or will get Adop-
Wait!! I didn't nothing wrong!!

I ran to the office and knocked on the door.  The head sister opened it and opened the door for I to get in.      I walked in and saw a couple.

The lady was wearing a long grey coat with black pants and a white shirt underneath.

And a man wearing a black with grey tuxedo.   They were both pretty tall and attractive.    The women had brown hair with green dark eyes and light skin.    The man looked like a model with the Tuxedo, He had brown hair and brown eyes also a fair light skin.  They looked so clean and expensive.   I noticed my hands were covered with diry and my shorts were smudge with dirt.
I cleaned my hands with my pants and put my long side bangs behind my ear.   

"Sit down please" the sister directed us to sit in front of her.

I sat down besides the lady and looked down at my shirt,  I was truly awful and dirty.    Do I smell, I mean I was cleaning the bird's poop. 

The sister smiled brightly to the couple.  What a two faced person.
She acts like a rotten egg to us but a nice angle to adults.
I try to smile softly but ended cringing  at what I was wearing. 
   
I knew why they were here, I few days back I sneaked inside the office and went to my folder, I found that a couple picked me to adopt, they had money, but lived far away from here.
That's the reason why i have to make them dislike me, When I get out of here I will live with Jungkook, and I don't need anyone to ruin it.

I looked down, I made an annoyed face and didn't bother if they didn't like me.     I spit on my hand and rubbed the dirt of with my shirt.   I could see with the corner of my eye that the Sister was judging me and making a gross face at me.  I couldn't really see the couple besides me only the sister in front of me.

The plan was going well, I don't really care If I stay here for 2 more months, at least when I leave I know Jungkook is in the same city as me and I can find him easier.   

"I will be back" the sister said while smiling gratefully at us.   
   "Nice to meet you Y/N I'm Rose and this is Dave, we are here today... If you would come home with us...Someday"
   The women spoke, she had a lovely quite and sweet voice,  She didn't look harmless at all, but neither did my mother but yeah she still left me.

I looked down at my boots with an emotionless face expression.  I didn't want them to know I cared because I didn't.     "Well we have a girl right around your age, Her name is Olive and I think you two would be very good friends".   Her smiled looked real, so did she, As much as I wanted to have parents I can't leave Jungkook.

"I know calling someone else your parents isn't very great but look you can hav-"  She spoke as I interrupted her.    "Why me though, as much kids that are here you choose me, doesn't that sound weird to you"   I looked at her, clearly She knows how I feel.

But it bugs me, She could of picked younger kids that would call her mom, when your older like me you already know it's impossible to get someone to adopt you.
 
The sister came in with forms in her hands and handed it to them,  I got up from my chair and left banging the door hard behind me.

I ran to the front door and closed the door behind me,  My life is horrible why do I keep living in the cruel world if I always get hurt.    I walked the streets not knowing where I would be going.

I walked not looking back and not caring what I was wearing.  I stopped at the smell of Coffee and donuts.
   The store was painted a cute light pink color with wood for the ceiling.   
   I couldn't hold it anymore and went inside.   I pushed the door inside while a bell rang.   The scent of Coffee and cakes smelled delicious.  
 
It was a long time since they gave us donuts and coffee, we usually drink water and milk and eat sandwiches, Rice with beans and other flavorless foods and drinks.
  
I looked everywhere, at the walls, people, and the food.   Everything looked in place.   I walked up to the cupcakes display, I felt my eyes widened and my belly grumbling.  
   "Excuse how much is this?"
  I pointed at the vanilla cupcake.

"The vanilla cupcakes are $0.98" answered the boy in back of the counter.   I pulled out coins I had on my pockets.  

"Nevermind"  I said while I didn't make eye contact with him.
   "Wait!"  The boy said loud enough that I could hear.    He walked in front of me and handed me a cup of coffee and the vanilla cupcake.  

"Here" He said sweetly while giving me a soft smile.    He was very attractive and tall.   "No it's okay"
I said back while he handed me the coffee and the cupcake.  "It's okay it's on me,  I'm Jimin by the way" 

"I'm Y/N" I said back.
