I smile as I head for the table walking with Maya being careful not to show how into her I was.
~time skip 30 minutes~
As we are eating I get a note from Darion. Our messanger, I open it and read it in my lap, so no one else can see it.
Dear Riley Mathews I can see you have made a new friend or may I say true love? Wait until your parents and the entire kingdom finds out about this. ~You cousin Missy

I gasp and excuse myself politely dragging Maya with me. She is stumbling after me and finally when we stop in the corridor. I explain.

"What the hell is this?" She asks wondering what's going on. I look at her and shove the letter into her face. Looking around to make sure no one is near. I look at her and read her expressions as she starts talking I cut her off

"Riles I'm so sor-"
I pressed my lips onto hers and she kisses back immediately.
I pull away realizing what I just did. Maya looks at me surprised but with a hint of something in her eyes.
"What is it?" I ask concerened.
"Why don't we run away together?" She says. "We can run away into the forest and away from where our love is forbidden. I'm stunned and dont know what to say so I stand their and before I know it she's gone and my little brother is at my knees pulling on my dress to ask what's wrong.
