day two

the car (more like limo) ride between the two was silent but surprisingly not awkward.

JIMIN:
"so how was my
dad after...you know
...my mom passed away?"

SEULGI:
"oh he was devastated.
he spent almost
2 weeks locked away in his
room..."

JIMIN:
"mmm..."

SEULGI:
"what about
you?"

JIMIN:
"i'm sorry?"

SEULGI:
"after you mother
died."

JIMIN:
"oh...well.
i guess i was sad."

JIMIN:
"i didn't know
how to react after
a while i
did start thinking
'well life is life'

JIMIN:
"anyways he told
me 2 years after she died
so i was more pissed
about that than being
sad about her dying."

SEULGI:
"oh...sorry
for asking you."

JIMIN:
"don't be. i
was used to that
kind of stuff already."

the car came to an abrupt stop and both jimin and seulgi jerked forward.

DRIVER:
"you're here."

the driver bluntly said to the two passengers in the back. jimin had a look of disgust on his face because of the driver as he was stepping out the car. jimin looked up at where he would now be staying and his mouth dropped to the ground.

JIMIN:
"are you sure
he gave this to
me?"

SEULGI:
"i'm sure sir. unless
i went to the wrong
apartment complex."

jimin was still in shock at how big the place was. he shook off his shock and went to grab his things but was stopped by a taller guy. he had a very defined jawline, soft big eyes, and a smug yet innocent look with a big nose.

UNKNOWN GUY:
"don't worry
sir, i've got it for
you."

JIMIN:
"hold on wa-"

SEULGI:
"it's ok, that's
jungkook."

SEULGI:
"he just
started working here
not too long ago."

SEULGI:
"he's kind of
new to this like me
so he just wants to
impress you."

JIMIN:
".........."

SEULGI:
"just follow me."

the two started walking towards the mansion. as they were walking jimin was looking about in awe kind of. only because he hasn't been outside such a long time and put his legs to some good use. he saw a garden, a fountain, even a bird house.

JIMIN:
"dad was livin'
life huh?"

SEULGI:
"i guess you
can say that...but
there is one thing
i ask of you."

JIMIN:
"that is?"

SEULGI:
"please be kind."

those were the last words seulgi said to jimin before opening the door the his new home.

EVERYONE:
"welcome!!"
