“Mummy, stop tickling me!” Harper giggled. I can’t stop loving my bundle of joy that has brought me so much happiness in life when I thought all hopes were lost. “Mummy!” Harper called to gain my attention. “Yes, baby?” “Can I get that ballet shoes?” She pleaded giving her infamous puppy eye. “Baby, you already have a pair of ballet shoes already. When that pair get worn out, I’ll get you a new one okay?” I really wish that I could get her whatever she wants but times were bad. “Okay.” She whispered. “I promise you we’ll get your favourite chocolate chip ice cream with sprinkles later on okay?” “Yes! Thanks mummy!” and she gave me peck on my cheeks. We continue walking around the departmental store and Harper suddenly saw person giving out balloons and ran to him.

“Little girl! Can’t you see where you are going? Didn’t your parents teach you not to run around in a place full of people? Apologise to me now!” A sales assistant shouted at my Harper. Harper began to have teary eyes and I immediately run to her. “Look lady. She just a little girl. Why did you have to shout at her?” I was so angry that Harper being just a little girl of four is being bullied by a sales assistant who thinks that she could throw her weight about. “She just a four year old girl who had accidentally bumped into you. What is wrong with you shouting at her? You should be ashamed at yourself.” “YOU! YOU!” She exclaimed.

“ENOUGH! What is all this commotion about? Can someone care to explain to me?” a masculine voice shouted. “I turned towards the voice and got a shock. “Emma? Emma Lucine?” the person questioned me. “Hello, Blake Winters.” I forced a smile.
