Erica met up with Richie after school to talk about the plan.
"Hey" she smiled sliding into the booth across from Richie.
"Baby, you look really beautiful" Richie rested his head on his hand looking at his gorgeous girlfriend. He thought he didn't say it enough. She really was stunning. He needed to appreciate her more.
"Shut up" Erica giggled covering her face. Richie laughed at how cute she acted when getting complimented.
"I ain't lying baby" he smirked.
"You are really beautiful love" Erica said to Richie.
He smiled brightly, showing his almost straight teeth.
Richie got up out of his seat and slid beside Erica wrapping his arm around her shoulders. He kissed her cheek, then her jawline, then her neck.
Erica closed her eyes for a second then remembered where they were.
She pushed his face away, "Richie were in public" she giggled, "and we have to make a plan for tonight" she smirked.
"Why don't me just blow it off and have some fun of our own" he licked his lips looking at hers.
"I would love to, really, but max is pretty excited" she bit her lip.
Richie bowed his head down into the crook of Ericas neck.
"Your really killin' me baby" He mumbled into her neck.
Erica patted his cheek.
"So we'll leave at 8?" Erica asked.
Richie nodded, his head still hidden in Ericas neck. He began to kiss her neck again. He sucked on the disappearing hickey from the couple nights previous.
Erica let out an involuntary moan. She shot her hand up over her mouth.
Richie chuckled into her neck and got up.
"Cmon"
They got into Richie's truck and drove back to the Dorm building.
"I haven't been in this car in so long" Erica smiled, looking around, smelling the same old smell of Richie's car, leather and cigarettes.
Richie put a cassette into the radio.
'Shoot to Thrill' by AC/DC began to play.
Erica gasped and turned the volume up louder.
As they drove home, they sang. Erica and Richie were both so happy at that moment. It felt just like back home.
They arrived home and got to their doors.
"Il see you at 8?" Richie held Ericas waist.
She nodded. He leaned down and kissed her cheek.
"See ya later" they walked into their opposite dorm rooms.
Erica flopped onto her bed and remembered something. She hasn't called beverly in a while.
She walked to the phone and dialled her number.
"Hello?"
"Bev!"
"Erica! Oh my god I miss you so much"
"I miss you too, I'm sorry I didn't call I was busy"
"It's okay, how are you?"
"I'm great Beverly, you won't believe who I ran into"
"Who?"
"The one and only Richie Tozier"
"What!!? Erica that's impossible!"
"Not this time Bev"
"That's crazy! So are you two uh okay?"
Erica giggled, "yeah we uh- we're back together"
"Oh my god! I'm so happy"
"Me too, I love him so much"
"Awhhh I'm glad"
"So how are the guys?"
"Eddies very in love with Jane-"
Erica laughed, "she never stops talking about him"
"Stans met someone"
"Oooh what's her name?"
"Grace, she's so sweet"
"I'm happy for him", she genuinely was, "so how are you and Bill?"
"So great, I love him so much"
"You guys are adorable"
"So are you and Richie, in so glad that worked out in the end"
"Me too"
"Oh my god I have an idea!"
"Yeah..."
"Spring break is in 2 weeks, you and Richie should come home, plus it's his birthday during spring break so we can throw a party"
"Yes! And we can bring Jane, and then Eddie will finally meet her!"
"I'm so excited to see you! It's just not the same without you two"
"Yeah I know, I miss you so much Bev, so does Richie"
"Tell him I said hi"
"I will, and tell the guys I miss them all and tell them about spring break"
"I will, I gotta go Erica, I've got a hot date"
"Have fun, I love you"
"I love you two"
Erica hung up and frowned, she missed her best friend.
She checked the time, 7.21pm
Just as she got up to go to her closet Max walked in the door.
"Erica I'm really nervous" max closed the door and paced around the room.
"Don't be, it's gonna work out" she said.
"Does he know it's a date?" Max asked opening her closet.
"I think so? Richie's not good at explaining things"
"Can you help me find something nice to wear? I would just wear jeans and a hoodie but I wanna look nice for him"
Erica nodded and walked over to her closet. She looked through Max's clothes and found a black off the shoulder top.
"Wear this with your mom jeans and converse" she smiled.
"Thank you" max went into the bathroom to change.
Erica chose to wear her mom jeans, black high top converse, Guns n' Roses t-shirt and a flannel. She loved her style and knew Richie did too, so she didn't need to dress up.
She added some red lipstick to her makeup.

"Rich I'm nervous" Dean said sitting at the end of his bed.
"Don't be, it's max" Richie said putting on his tshirt.
"Exactly! It's max, the beautiful, funny, gorgeous Max"
Richie chuckled at dean.
"It's not like your gonna be alone, me and Erica will be there"
Dean nodded and began to get ready.
Richie wore a white tshirt under one of his signature Hawaiian shirts, some jeans and black converse.
Dean wore a v neck black top, some jeans and Air Force trainers
Richie check the time, 7.58pm
They walked across the hall, "you ready?" Richie asked.
Dean nodded unsurely.
