                          "I don't what you're talkin' about, Stuart, but I didn't kill my brother."
                          "I believe you, Mark, but a jury won't. Can you tell me exactly where you were between eight and nine?"
                          "I was at home. Work let out early, and my wife took the girls out. I haven't slept a full night since Loretta was born, so I got some much needed rest."
                          "That alibi isn't good enough, and you know it."
                          "I'm not about to lie to you. Am I under arrest?"
                          "Not yet."
                          "Then I'm gone. Next time you try this, I'll have my lawyer present."
