Alex left the room to wake Cole up. I was up and dressed for school when Sidonne sat down next to me. I was wearing a nice white blouse with pink flowers and another black skirt. I was putting on my heels.

"We both know that the dream wasn't a dream. This is not good," she gulped, and she was right.

"Sidonne," I ordered.

"Yes, master?"

"If anything happens to me, you look to Anna as your new master, got it?"

"But, how will anyone know of your disappearance if history would change because of your death?"

"They will know, trust me, Sidonne, just listen to my final order of yours."

She nodded and turned into her owl form.

I had piles of paperwork to do today and I was just able to fit in time to write in my journal about my dream. There was a knock on my door.

"Come in," I ordered, moving the work aside. In came Anna and Jonathon. I stood up. "Mr. Morris! A pleasure to see you," I shook his hand.

"Indeed," he paused, "Anna is a lovely student of yours, and a great example to represent your student body. I was going to come to tell you of cuts the government wants to make, but I feel as though I should revoke them. This school would suffer from the limitation."

I felt relieved of that statement. "I feel thankful," I chimed.

He smiled. "I'm afraid I have to cut the visit short; the board has an unexpected meeting at the top of the hour. I must go. Farewell," he stated.

I nodded as he left the room.  Anna checked her smartwatch. "It's lunch. I'm off to the cafeteria, if you need Cole or me, we'll be at lunch," Anna added and left the room.

I left to do my daily routine around the school. I was about to turn the corner when I crashed right into someone. I felt déjà vu when I saw a hand stick out to help me up. "You're so clumsy, Gwen," the voice of Alex spoke.

"Yes, clumsy I am," I agreed, taking his hand. He pulled me up and held me close to him. My poor husband, he has no idea what might happen today.

"Did I ever tell you how beautiful you are?" he whispered in my ear. I could not help but smile because he was being corny.

"I'm sorry, sir. For I am taken," I teased.

"Oh?" he paused, "He must be a lucky man then."

"He really is. Such a lucky man."

The sweetness ended when I felt a sharp shooting pain in my stomach, right where I was stabbed in my dream. I winced in pain and grabbed my side. "Gwen, are you okay?" he panicked as he dropped down to my side. I took off my one hand from my side. It was covered in blood. I looked up at panicked Alex who was holding me in his arms. "How did this happen?!" he bellowed.

I tossed my bizmal to the side. Sidonne was summoned. Her eyes widened. "Find Anna," I winced. She nodded, changing into her owl form, picking up the bizmal, and flew away. I turned my attention back towards Alex, cupping his face. I could not speak, for I had lost too much blood to mustard up any energy.

The last thing I could do is smile at him. A tear rolled down his cheek as I faded away from existence.
