"So I hear that your guard is one of the strongest, why is that?" He sat far across for me taking a bit of his steak as I smirked at his question. "My guard is constructed of the people I've chosen, people I-" I paused holding a hand in front of Paullina. "She chose." He glanced at her then back at me. "I didn't realize that you let your guards make your choices for you." My eyes went cold. "I don't, I chose everything but guards, I trust with those matters." He eyed me. "I've never been to a kingdom with such respect for women I find that quiet refreshing." His words hit me with shock, I never heard a man agree with the respect women disserve. "How dose your kingdom treat women?" I asked taking a sip of my tea. "Well, honestly they treat women like their weak and can't handle weapons, fights, bloodshed, or even protecting their own. They are usually left with the smaller jobs that men believe are more suited for them." His eyes met mine a moment. "Now about my father's whole deal for the peace treaty, about us marring each other if it was up to me I would have excepted your terms you, but because this is the only way to bring peace I want you to know that if I were to become king I will not interfere with the way you rule your kingdom. I hope to just help in expanding your army and giving peace between our kingdoms." I smiled small toward him. "Well I was already planning on accepting the marriage, but that truly dose put my mind to ease." I took a small bit of my food then was quiet a moment. "I'm glade that it dose." He smiled back as I looked at him from across the long enmity table.
The people I trust were a lot more excluded then most which at this moment I was glade for that because I would be able to get to know him more, and now looking at him I started seeing his beauty, the way his smile was warm and large the way his eyes ran over me, and by the color of his skin you tell he was from Boltone. Their softly tanned olive colored skin was unique to their region and beautiful, it was the skin that I used to envy about their kingdoms women, my skin was pale, is pale manly because storms here always around my kingdom and I am mostly in my castile during the days and don't get a lot of sun. "Prince Casimir, would you like to see the royal garden we have behind the castile?" I asked him when we finished the food, I stood up and looked at Paullina then at Maxilla. "You two stay at my side " I paused and lowered my voice. "Not to close but close enough you can keep an eye on him." I looked back at the Prince who stood talking to one of his guards, the guard nodded then he looked back to me. "Jason my head guard will join us, is that alright?" I nodded and walked toward the door.

I watched how Victoria smiled at him as we walked behind them in the garden, and I couldn't tell if she was truly starting to like him or if it was an act. "So, how's you and the Queen?" Maxilla asked making me look to her. "Oh, that broke a long time ago Max." Once upon time people knew about how me and the Queen felt but I stopped it before people thought we were close like that. "Oh that's right, well how are you taking this marriage thing?" She refaced her question and I sighed. Maxilla was the closest friend I've ever had and she's the only one who knew the truth, I looked down then back up at her and the Prince. "I'm leaving the guard after the marriage, and I'm leaving the kingdom." I looked at Maxilla seeing the shock and worry in her face, she shook her head then our eyes met. "You can't do that Pau-" "I made up my mind and so after the wedding I'm leaving." I turned back watching them. "You're making a huge mistake Paullina." Maxilla mumbled as the Prince and Victoria turned the corner and we began to follow them again. "Paullina!" Cloe shouted making me look back to see her breathing hard. "Cole needs the Queen right away, it's very important." I sighed the jogged a little turning the corner seeing them both laugh. "My Queen Cole needs you now." She sighed then looked back at me. "I thought James told him I would sp-" "He did my Queen but Cole needs you now it's important my Queen." Maxilla interrupted from behind him. "Maxilla escort the Prince and his guard back to their rooms." Victoria told her walking my way. "You come with me." She pointed to me as she walked past and I followed her inside hearing thunder under my feet. "About to rain again I'm glade Cole sent some one when he did." I told myself as we walked into the castile turning right walking down the large hall to his large doors.
"What dose he want? Did Cloe know?" Victoria looked back at me and I shook my head as she sighed and opened the large doors to see Cole pacing back and fourth in front of his desk he stopped as the doors closed behind us. "My Queen" Her paused then turned and his eye met mine immediately then looked to Victoria. "Is she-" "Yes." I gazed in her direction. "We found out the guilds that are stealing from the lower class." She looked down her eyes closed a moment. "So you found him?" She asked her hands turning to fist. "Yes, Trever as been found." My eyes widened as I looked to Cole. "T-Trever?" I asked confused and Cole sighed. "While you were off on your little journey to Bolton Trever he hurt Vi-" "He betrayed the kingdom." She said her voice shaking. "What did h-" "Is he in the dungeons?" She asked cutting me off as she lifted her head to Cole rage in her eyes. "No he killed Marc and Aden then sent Rose back injuring her arm badly using her as a sign of fear that he thought would scare us." Their eyes met. "Send Holien." She ordered him. "My Queen that's not a good ide-" "I said to SEND Holien." Her voice rose making him sigh and I knew by the way she sounded he wasn't going to be able to change her mind. "Yes, Queen Victoria." His voice was stone. "Paullina escort me to my room now." She turned around not even looking my way I had to almost run to keep up with her as she rushed to her room and didn't stop until we were there. "Queen Victoria." I said quietly as we stopped in front of her room, she opened the door softly. "Can we talk about this tomorrow Paullina?" She asked quietly, I would usually say yes but I couldn't now. "No." I said calmly as she sighed. "Paullina pl-" "No, you haven't pushed me away before and you won't do it now." Her eyes met mine sadness in them. "Alright..." She opened the door and walked in leaving it opened, I walked in quickly, closed the door and watched as she stood still in front of me. "What happened when I was gone?" I asked stepping closer to her. "Paullina I....." Her voice sounded like she was about to cry as she turned to me her head down. "I can't......." She ran off, I quickly moved closer lifting her head so she no choice but to look at me, she closed her eyes tears running from them. "What did Trever do to you?" My eyes softened as I felt a small rage forming inside me, she moved her hand grabbing mine. "He....." Her eyes opened meeting mine. "He took something that should never be taken, after he kidnapped me first, he-" I cut her off hugging her pulling her close to me. "I'm so sorry I wasn't here." I said anger in my words. I want to kill him right here and now but I knew she didn't need me angry right now. "All that maters is your here now, with me-" I pulled her back and kissed her cutting her off she kissed back her hands tightening around me as I gently pulled out of her kiss and placed my forehead to hers. "I'll make sure he learns a lesson when I leave the guard because when I leave I won't have to follow the law-" "Can you just stop talking right now, it's just me and you alone in this room." Her hazel eyes met mine making my faced heat up. "Victoria...." I ran off as she kissed me hard this time pulling me into her kiss forcing me to kiss back as she moved her hands down my shoulders and arms she pulled back my lips still feeling her breath on them. "I just want you right now. Paullina, I don't want to talk I just want" She paused pulling my hand to her cheek and unhooked my scabbard and as it fell moved her arms around my waist. "I just want you Paullina, not a friend or a Prince, you...." She ran off as I moved my hands and held her face. "You have me." She kissed me her lips moving on mine as I stumbled back and she gently pushed me down on her bed.

"What the hell Cloud!?" Sara yelled walking into my room with anger. "If I were you I'd walk out of here right now." Her purple met mine. "I will kill you! I wi-" I cut her off closing my hands around her neck tight making her choke. I watched as her blonde hair fell in her face our eyes meeting. "You will walk out of here and forget everything you saw today, your brother died by killing himself on his own not because someone ordered him to do so" I paused letting go of her neck as she stared at me in a trance. "Do you understand?" I asked watching her eyes go blank. "I understand." She said dazed and turned around leaving my room controlled by my powers.
