Being a mother at 21 is not the best. I have a 4 year old. Today is actually her birthday. I may have had her at 16, but I would never take that night back. Everyone says I have a bad reputation just because I had a kid young. My brother Ryan and my cousin Shawn have been with me through everything.
I can't believe that my daughter Mya is turning 4 today. It feels like she was just born. I remeber all the tough nights when i was in high school and now college. I have one more year. I remeber getting put off the soccer and softball team. I remeber some people looking down on me. I remeber Mya's father walking out on us. He said he was leaving to persue his music carrer.
I left my music carrer last year. I want to focus on Mya. Mya's father's name is Damien Devitt. I havent talked to him since Mya was 2.
Derek Luh POV
My good friend Ryan invited me to his nieces birthday party. I asked him what did she like the most. He replied by saying horses. I thought about it. I have been building on my horse ranch and it will be ready later on today.
As a present, I will let her pick what ever horse she wants; then she cam keep it at my ranch. I want to make this the best birthday a 4 year old can have.
Alex POV Ryan told me he invited one of his friends to the party. Mya has a few friends. Also family members that supported me keeping her before she was born. I refuse to let my father and my mother see my daughter. They only see her on social media platforms because they think she is a mistake. No child is a mistake in this world.
