Both of us got up because someone was tapping the hospital room door when we opened the door there was a nurse standing with a nice flower bouquet then she gave us and told a lady and a man told to give this flower for both of you
We told thank you and took the flower
I was smelling the flower but suddenly a rat jumped out of the flower bouquet which made me drop the bouquet down on the flower then a letter was dropped from the flower bouquet
