Something's Strange

* A couple of days later, skipping to night *

Chres P.O.V

I'm playing in Asia's hair while her head is in my lap and we're watching Stomp the Yard. Every time we watch this she gets mad on the part when Chris Brown dies. But we we're sitting there and I heard something. "What was that?" I asked.

"What was what?" Asia asked confused. I heard the noise again. "That noise." I said. Asia sat up and looked at me. "What the hell?" She said. "I'm hearing something I'm telling you." I said. It was coming from upstairs. I got up and walked upstairs looking around in all of the rooms. Then I made it to Cj's room and seen King (the dog Chres got them the day after they seen the cat) and CJ both staring at the wall.

"What's wrong CJ?" I asked. Then CJ pointed forward still looking ahead. I turned my head to where he was pointing and seen a teddy bear. I walked up to the teddy bear and picked it up. CJ jumped up and ran out of the room all the way downstairs and King started barking. "What the hell?" I stared at the teddy bear and didn't see anything but a normal stuffed animal. I took the teddy bear out of Cj's room and put it downstairs in the basement.

"Baby what's wrong?" I heard Asia ask CJ. I looked over and seen CJ crying in her lap. I walked over and took CJ out of her hands and asked what was wrong and he wiped away his tears and said nothing. I layed his head down on my shoulder and looked at Asia. Asia shrugged her shoulders. "Hey buddy you wanna sleep in our bed tonight?" I asked him. "Yes." CJ said sleepily. We all walked up to our room and we layed CJ down in the middle while I put on some shorts and Asia put on one of my T- Shirts. Then we got in the bed.

Asia looked at me and mouthed "What was that about?" I pointed to her phone and mouthed "text me" so we wouldn't wake CJ up.

My King👑: I walked in Cj's room and saw him and King staring at the wall so I asked what was wrong and he pointed at a teddy bear. So I took the teddy bear and CJ ran to you and I just put the teddy bear in the basement.

My Queen💍: Maybe he thought it was a actual animal since it was dark in there.

My King👑: Nah, King was barking and his night light was on.

My Queen💍: Well, maybe it's nothing. He's only 4 he's gonna easily get scared over anything.

My King👑: I guess...Good night.

My queen💍: Good night 💋.

Asia's POV

I felt something licking me I was halfway sleep still. "Baby stop." I laughed. He kept licking me. "Stop Chres." I said again. Then he kept doing it and I woke up and seen King on top of me licking my face. "UGH King." I looked over and seen Chres and CJ staring at me smiling. "What?" I said. They started laughing. "what's so funny?" I asked. "We went to the park and even got something to eat and we came back and you were STILL sleep." Chres said.

I looked over at the clock and seen it was 1:24. "What the hell?" I said. I never sleep this late. "Wait a minute...did you say y'all got something to eat?" They both nodded "And didn't get me none?!" I screamed. "Calm down calm down we got you a Tommy burger." Chres said. I jumped up and ran downstairs. Did I mention I love Tommy burgers? Which is a Cheeseburger with Gyro meat and Cucumber sauce. I ate it in less than 10 minutes.

Chres's phone rang. "Hello...what's up...huh...i don't know...who...I gotta check with Asia...yeah I know but I still gotta check...Wait who?...all them?!...alright...talk to you later." Then he hung up. I looked at him and he looked at me. "What?" I asked

"That was Marcus. He said that they didn't have any where to stay while they were down here for the Reunion."

"No problem, they can just stay with us." I said. "Yeah, I knew you would say that....at first." He said. "What?" I asked. "He said none of them had a place to stay." Chres said. That's when my facial expression changed. "What you mean all them?" I said...in my actual voice because like I said...I am kinda ghetto I just know how to control my attitude and personality.

"Well, not all of them but just him, mama, Dario, Khayman, Kelz, Lucas, Supa, and Shanice." Chres said. "JUST? Chresanto we don't have that much sp- wait did you say Dario AND Lucas?" I asked cutting myself off. "Yeah..?" Chres said looking at me weird. "Why?" "Oh nothing but um yeah they can all stay CJ can just bunk with us and everyone else we'll put in the guest rooms. Good thing we got a lot of 'em." I said as I walked away.

"Wait, what was that about?" Chres asked following me. "Nothing Chresanto, I'm just happy you're family's staying with us. But um...my mama and some of my cousins staying with us too." I said. "That's cool, we already know our family get along well from the wedding and the funer-" "Stop." I said cutting him off. "I'm sorry bab-" "stop." I said cutting him off again.

I really don't like to think about the funeral...at all. I mean who wants to remember their babies' funeral. Of course you'll never forget about it.. But you also don't wanna think about it or have someone bring it up. But back to this "situation".

"I don't know if we're gonna have enough space." I said. "Really?" Chres said. "We have like millions of extra rooms." Chres said Exaggerating. "Yeah but you remember last time when some of our cousins spent the weekend here two of them almost left pregnant." I laughed. Which is weird because it's like we're all family because of me and Chres's marriage. "haha oh yeah, which is why we'll make my side stay upstairs and your side stay downstairs." Chres suggested. I agreed and we just say around playing with CJ and King all day until 10:00 at night.

"Alright CJ you think you can sleep in your own bed tonight?" Chres asked CJ. CJ nodded "but can King stay with me?" CJ asked. "Of course." I said. "and you take the bear out of my room?" CJ asked. Me and Chres looked at each other. "CJ I took that out of your room last night" Chres said. CJ grabbed both of our hands and led us to his room and pointed to the bear.

Chres POV

When CJ led us to his room we seen that the bear was exactly where it was last night. On Top of CJ's TV staring at him. I looked at Asia and she was looking at me. "Did you bring this back up here?" I asked her. "Hell no." She said. "CJ did you?" CJ shook his head no. We all looked at King who was hiding behind Asia's legs. "AWWW King! You had me scared." Asia said.

I knew King didn't do that. I don't know how but I knew he didn't do it. It would've even had his slob or something on it... But it didn't it was perfectly fine. And how would he be able to get it on top of the TV? I didn't say anything though because I didn't want to scare them or anything. So I just kept it to myself.

1:43 A.M.

I was sleep and I heard a LOUD THUMP then heard CJ crying seconds after. Me and Asia both sat up and looked at each other. Then we got up and ran to CJ's room and the minute we opened his door he was in his bed sleep...not crying and King was chewing on a toy at the end of CJ's bed. We both looked at each other strange. Now I know we both heard CJ cry..how did he stop that quick.

"What the fuck?" Chres said. We stepped out of his room and Asia closed his door. "What the hell is going on? If you playing with me Chresanto stop it. NOW." She yelled. "What?! Why would I play like this? I don't know what's going on either. But it's probably nothing.... Let's.. Let's just go back to bed." I said. We walked back to the room and layed down but we sure as hell didn't go to sleep, too many questions were roaming through our heads.
