I miss you

Two days passed by, Zero with Brian, Ben spending his time with Jeff and me thinking about Toby. He didn't text me or call me since. Usually when I was away he'd send a "Hey Masky" message every 10 minutes or at least say hello often. He wasn't acting anything like himself. I was quite worried about him and I guess you could say that I...missed him? Yeah it sounds weird but these 3 days without him were hell...

I decided I'd call him just  because. I walked outside and sat under a tree and called him.

"Hi." I heard a familiar voice from the other side.
"Hello," I answered "I miss you"
"I miss you too Tim." His voice raspy and sad, as if he was crying which he probably was.
"What's wrong Toby?" I asked.
"I just...just... I just really miss you. I need you here with me it's...it's hard... I just..sorry you have to see me like this..."
"Shhh Tobs, its okay. I'm going to come home soon."
"No two days aren't soon." He cried.
"They're gonna pass by so fast you're not even going to notice."
"You don't understand...when you're gone days pass by so slowly and every second is hell. I can't even eat...that's how much I miss you..."
"If you're not going to eat I'm not gonna come back."
"No please no! Don't!"
"Then go get some waffles, or eat some of my cheesecake."
"You'd really let me eat YOUR cheesecake?"
"Yes of course"
"Thank you Masky! I'm gonna go eat it now" his voice sounded better, a bit of hope in it, and then he hung up.

I went back inside and took some food out of the small fridge. I sat onto the edge of my bed and right as I was about to put my headphones on, I heard a soft moan from the other room. I looked out of the window to see Jeff, Zero and Hoodie playing some board game which meant the moans were Ben's.... what could he be do...wait. I leaned carefully onto the old wooden door and heard more.
"Ahhhh...Jeff...ugh." Poor kid thought he's alone in the house.
I pulled my headphones onto my head and laid into my bed, and the bed did exactly what I didn't want it to do, a squeaky noise came out. Since nothing was playing in my headphones yet, I could hear how Ben instantly shut up.

"Jeff?" He called out.
"No it's me Ben, Masky"
"Umm...uh did you hear anything?"
"Well kindaa." I grinned and a small chuckle escaped my mouth.
"God please don't tell Jeff"
"Don't worry and continue I'm sure that lunch will be soon." I assured him and finally laid into my bed and played some music into my headphones.

About two songs later everyone came back inside and Hoodie announced that the lunch is ready. I placed my phone and headphones down and sat down at the table. The food was set on the table and the only one who wasn't eating, was Ben.

"Ben the lunch is ready!!" Zero shouted.
"Ugh yeah I'm coming..." Ben said nervously. A few moments later he came out of the room, his face red, his forehead sweaty and a bulge in his pants he was trying to hide.
I put my mask onto the left side of my face and began eating my lunch.

Ben ate quickly and as soon as he finished his food he went into the room.
I could tell he was embarrassed, who wouldn't be.

I decided I haven't talked with Hoodie lately so we went for a walk around the place. We found a fenced place where were horses and two of them had little horses.

"So how are things with Zero?" I asked.
"Ugh...you've got it wrong. We aren't together." He looked away into a field not making eye contact.
"Well would you like to date her?"
"Well yeah..but it's hard....she has a crush on someone else..." his footsteps slowed down and his head hung low.
"It's okay Brian" I stopped walking And hugged him. He immediately hugged back and sobbed into my jacket through his mask. We sat into the grass and talked and talked and talked until it was dark. We went back inside, it wasn't far away from the field. I knocked on the door of Ben and Jeff's room and when I didn't hear any answer I carefully opened the door and peeked inside. I saw Ben sleeping and Jeff wasn't anywhere near here so I just assumed he went out killing.

I checked my phone and saw probably a dozen of messages from Toby.
'Hey Masky.'
'What are you doing'
'I just played with Sally'

And other messages like that.

I was bored so I took my gun and went into a small village near here. I've killed about 5 people and then went back.

'Good night Toby' I texted Ticci before I went to bed.
