Blake and I were walking side by side through the park. By some miracle, he had no friends, and I was the only thing close. And every girlfriend he had only used him. Ugh. Those bitches disgust me.
The sun was starting to set, when he pulled me over to a bench. He sat down, and I did too. We sat there, watching the sunset, the pink light illuminating his features just right. He looked like Apollo, the sun God. His hair and eyes seem to glow and radiate perfection. His skin was as smooth and radiant as sunlight itself.
I watch as his chiseled silhouette fades to a silky finish in the moonlight, when he turns and breaks the silence.
"Alia...I heard about this party in my frat house...I was wondering if maybe...you'd like to come?" he asked, in an awkward way. God, He was so cute when he's awkward.
I grab his hand. "of course." I smile.
God, I love this school.
