You were 10 years old, swimming around the castle with your friend Jimin, when you heard your parents yelling. You stopped to see what was happening.
Mom- She is your child I swear! Why would I lie to you!
Dad- WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME THE TRUTH?! You sat here and lied to me about that evil of a sister of yours! She tried to kill y/n, and now you're saying that she is my child?! Most of the time you weren't in the castle or even around! HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO TRUST YOU?!
Mom- Y-y-you know I would never do anything to hurt you! I lied to you about my sister to protect you! To protect the family!
Dad- HOW IS LETTING HER ALMOST KILL Y/N PROTECTING THE FAMILY!!?
Your mom sat there in silence
Dad- Exactly. I want that girl out of my sight and out of my kingdom.
Mom- but but she's your daughter

Dad- *sighs* fine
You were looking through the door, tears falling down your face, you knew something was wrong with you. You knew that your father, or whoever he was, didn't love you.
You swam away and went to your secret cave. This is where you came when you were sad or lonely, or if you were super mad, and you couldn't hold in your anger. You were sitting there balling your eyes out, then you heard a soft voice.
"Y/n~ are you ok?"
You look up to see Jimin
Y/n- No not really. I just found out that my "dad" doesn't love me.
Jimin- What do you mean......?
You told him the whole story
Y/n- I want to leave the sea, I want to go on land, and be there with the humans, I don't want to be here, at least not until I'm 120 years old. (20yrs old)
Jimin- I don't think tha-
You cut him off
Y/n- I SAID I DONT WANT TO BE HERE
Jimin's POV
I could tell that y/n was really hurt. She is like a sister to me, and I don't like it when she is sad.
Me- I know someone we could go to on land.... she can make all this go away....
Y/n- REALLY WHO?!
Me- My grandma.
Y/n- I thought she was dead...
