Zeynep felt pain in her belly strong pain , slowly she stood and walked till near the toilet's door "ahhhhhhhh" zeynep stopped and tears went down from her eyes "emirrrr" she couldn't move and couldn't reach the toilet's door she fell down with panic and screamed but emir didn't hear her

Emir opened the toilet's door he was shocked seeing zeynep like that
"ZEYNEP , zeynep do you hear me zeynep open your eyes"
He carried her and ran out of the house

The doctor came and the nurses took zeynep "stay here please" the doctor said
"doctor please help them i can't lose them please"

The doctor went inside and emir fell on the ground crying , he didn't know what happened it happened so quickly he was in the toilet just for 5 minutes how it happened ?! In just 5 minutes he can lose everything !!

The doctor came out and emir stood up he couldn't say anything or even move he was afraid he didn't want to hear what the doctor will say he looked to the ground with tears in his eyes but what he heard from the doctor made all the tears leave his eyes immediately
