Chapter 2: Drama

Ashton greeted me "Good Morning Gorgeous, Sara left 10 minutes ago, Michael's such a dick head, but of course my sister won't listen to me." I replied with a sly smile because honestly I disagreed with him to a certain extent. I said "Mikey's actually a sweetheart, but he shouldn't be with Sara, they aren't right for each other." Ashton rolled his eyes and then there was a awkward silence between after all we never fought. I sat doren to eat breakfast that Ashton had made. there was so much tension between Ashton and I, so after breakfast Ashton didn't say a word he just helped me clean up the kitchen and slammed the front door on the way out.

I felt so bad, because every song on my phone reminded me of him; so of course being who I am, I sent him a text 20 minutes later when I was sure he was home saying "Hey babe, I'm sorry for what I said, please forgive me, I mean after all what do I know?" I recieved a text 2 minutes later and read it I felt crushed it was Ashton he replied "just don't ever talk to me again." He could definitely hold a grudge, I really just didn't want him to hate me.

I liked Ashton a lot I mean he's my boyfriend or rather was... it was crazy how he got so angry, so I decided to call my girl Tayler, to come over I mean it was only 9 AM so hopefully she didn't have dance practice or was at Calum's house today. Tayler answered her phone saying "what's up?" a bit to excitedly & I asked her to come over so we could go to the mall & have a karaoke night. being the bubbly person she was she said "yes, I miss chilling with you Kenz, it's been a cool minute be over soon." & then the line went dead. 40 minutes later Tayler was over with her pink zebra print duffel bag, she has always been an over packer well as long as I have known her. I ran up to her & hugged her as a tear fell down my cheek, she hugged me back and asked "what's wrong Kenz?" & I just hugged her tighter sobbing in her shoulder getting her Nirvana shirt wet. I finally sat down on my pink couch in my living room & turned on my stereo & of course green day was playing & Taylor sat on the other end of the couch. I opened up to Tayler about what happened with Ashton that morning. I heard her quietly mutter "what an asshole." under her breathe. then she saw that I was close to tears again and said "you really love him, huh Kenzie?" I shook my head starting to cry again. she walked over to me and put her arm around me for comfort "it'll be okay, I promise" she said.

I then told her "I don't think Ashton loves me though, I don't know anymore, he is my world, I never want to leave him he's my rock." I knew Tay knew what I was talking about she has been with Calum for 2 years, they were always together, but they never bickered, they weren't the typical normal couple there was something special about them.

to get stuff off my mind Tayler finally said so let's get to the mall to go shopping, because we needed new dresses anyways I mean we were insane we wore dresses in all seasons except winter. I bought a floral low cut strapless dress with a little corset on the back & kind of puffy on the bottom, I knew this would definitely be a concert dress. & Tayler got this beautiful sun dress that was a different floral pattern then mine but it complimented her nicely. we bought a couple  more dress because why not? it took my mind off Ashton.

We got back to my house at 3 PM. & at 3:30 after eating lunch Tay yelled "get ready!" I replied "why? for what? it's only 3:30PM." we're going to a nice ass restaurant for dinner, hurry our reservations at 6, and I know you take forever" Tayler said happily. I jumped in the shower & then did my make-up I did a smokey eye look aka as the "bitch look" I then blow dried my hair & curled it with my wand. I then put on a cute simple gray dress that was only one strap that I had bought that day. then I went back to my room  and grabbed my gray boot wedges and slid them on. I looked in my full body mirror and took a few selfies as did Tayler. I grabbed my keys then hung then back up realizing Tay was driving.

we rushed out my house & got in Tayler's car & drove off towards the restaurant located in downtown Sydney, Australia. we got there and a guy lead us to a secluded booth & we sat down & we both ordered tea. then as Tayler & I started talking I see this familiar fluffy black hair  then I realized it was Calum pulling Ashton. ugh it was set-up damn it.  they walked up to the booth. Calum smiling and Ashton looking at the ground and then of course Cal sat next to Tay so Ash sat next to me.

Calum then spoke up " you two need to go make-up so go outside, me & Tayler will be waiting for you right here. so we awkwardly started to walk outside & I turned back for moral support but instead I saw Tayler & Calum making out & I yelled a bit loudly "get a room" which gained a few chuckles and even got Ashton to let out a little laugh. then we got out of the restaurant & say on a bench outside with the chilly Autumn air hitting my face making me shiver so I stood up because Ashton was even though he hadn't said a word to me at all.

Ashton took off his plaid red flannel and wrapped it around me he then pulled me into a tight hug (the ones I missed even thigh our split happened that morning) I was attached to him.  as the hug got more meaningful I kissed his neck, because hua height made it hard to reach his cheek. he squeezed me a little tighter  & whispered "I'm so sorry babe." & I replied "it was my faulr not yours babe." we stood there silently in each others embrace for 10 minutes with a simple kiss every now and then! we walked back in the restaurant hand in hand & the whole restaurant including the staff  began cheering & clapping.

Ashton & I turned so red while Tay and Cal were red from cracking up what they had set-up. once we got back to our booth and sat down Ash kicked Cal under the table and muttered "bastard" under his breathe. Cal just hugged & put his arm around Tayler. then calum pulled 8 tickets out of his jacket pocket & said " cancel your plans for tomorrow because double date tomorrow, green day concert" I screamed & Cal replied "Ash d I planned it." Tayler then added "why is there 8 tickets then?" Ashton then said " Also, Mikey, Zaimah, Sara, & Cynthia are coming!" omg I could hardly contain my excitement. we finished eating & went to Mikey's house because he invited us to have a movie night.

we arrived at Mikey's and watched "50 first dates" which was a classic. & then stayed a bit after helping him clean up the massive amount of popcorn that was on the ground. then around 11 Ash drove me home he opened the door for me and kissed me sweetly before pulling me close and leaving. Tayler pulled up about 2 minutes later due had dropped off Calum. we ended up falling asleep on my bed at 12:15 AM while we were gossiping. we ended up not doing karaoke. I woke up at 9 AM and yawned and stretched and woke up Tayler by saying "Good Morning Sunshine, Today is going to be the shit!"
