Professor Carlton was overwhelmed from the signing of books for the past three weeks it was all he did it was only four weeks since he came from his tour in Bulgaria he had met with the President, and some other in another week he and his wife will go to her country she want to visit her father grave sell the house, for since they have a lot of money she didn't need to rent it for income, and her father had before requested that she sole it before she left Portland she was honoring his wish now, the house will be sold at half price to someone who will carry on the business of renting for their income and Kelly said that which she collected she'll donate it to the needy children at the orphanage, she was glad to go back to visit her country and see some people she kept in touch with through out the years by writing, but she has no intention on staying long she want to hurry back for she want to be no where else but in new York her new home to give birth to her babies, Kelly was lest than seven months pregnant, and was having twin a boy and a girl, that was rapidly moving as if to jump through her flesh, and because doctor had told her she could have babies at seven months, she didn't want to risk not being home.
"Leave it hon, why do you think I hired a house keeper"
Sheldon said when he walk in to find her in the den dusting all the Plack's that kept there, "come over here" he said taking the dust cloth from her hand bringing her to the couch "Maria" Sheldon called and she came from the kitchen running
"Bring water for my wife" he said
"I'm not completely helpless Sheldon I can get water for myself, apart from that I'm not even in need of any water" she murmur,
But Sheldon insist for he doubt his wife has water all day,
Maria got back and hand Kelly the water,
"thanks Maria" she said taking the water she drank as if it was her last and Sheldon find it hard to believe she wasn't in need of it,
Maria left them a lone and went back to the kitchen,
Kelly started talking with her husband about the way she wants to have the back room set up already they plan on moving out one of the bed room and put the things in another room that wasn't been used, it would be decorated in both pink and blue she was a little over her seven months period and Sheldon had told her the decorators will be here first thing tomorrow, he had asked his assistant to get in touch with someone and he hope they'll come before he went down for work,
They both turn to the sounds of a dog barking inside the house, It got closer and Thomas came running in chasing behind a over grown dog Kelly and Sheldon look open mouth at each other as he sit and Thomas drop beside him hugging him at his back,
"Mom, Dad can I keep him?" He ask the dog bark loudly as of begging to be kept
"But where did you get the dog Thomas Carlton?" Kelly ask her adopted son, he's been apart of the family for three years she and her husband had finally decided on adopting, later down they took the long deserved vacation and spend two weeks in London making nothing but love, and relaxing after being back for a month she visit the doctor to learn she was pregnant because they both want her to be well they decided on having her stopped working and Sheldon got someone else to assist him at the sanctuary,
"He follow me home" Thomas said the dog bark again both Sheldon and Kelly laugh,
"Please" he beg "let me keep him"
"But son that dog must belong to someone" Kelly told him,
"Tell you what" Sheldon said sitting beside them both " your mom and i think that he can get to stay here, but we'll put his picture up for anyone who has a missing dog, if no one call in a period of a month he's yours, do you agree hon?" He ask Kelly who nod with a smile,
"Thanks dad!" He said jumping on Sheldon knocking him on his back Sheldon laugh as the dog bark over him putting his front feet on his chest
"He surely feels at home" Kelly said
"You should get clean up now" Sheldon said easing him off the floor
"Did you get home work?" Kelly ask
"No mom just to study for exams" he said
"OK and let maria have that dog fed and give him water"
"OK" he said
It wasn't long before Thomas will start a new school he was moving to higher level he was twelve years of age he was doing well now for himself for both his parents work hard with him helping him in his studies,,
A month has past quickly and no one called for the dog Thomas was glad to keep him it was his first pet and he was very happy, Sheldon got him a collar and built him a dog house, they both told him of his responsibly at twelve he could more than do it care for his dog. He kiss them both running off with flossy barking, Kelly take her husband by the hand leading him to their bed room,
They both knew Thomas will be out for hours playing with flossy, that leave them with a few hours for them selves,
"Now that we are alone what will we do, don't you think we should take advantage of the moment?" Kelly ask on closing the bedroom behind them,
Sheldon made a face as if he was thinking on what they could do,he smile teasingly "There's not much we can do with that" he shoot his mouth on her belly , Kelly slap him playfully he giggle taking her in his arms kissing her deeply, "There isn't anything that's big enough to keep me from loving you Mr's Kelly Richardson Carlton" he whispered with that he took her to bed hanging out the no disturb sign, thought they knew no one was there to come disturb them, he take as much time to love and
caress her as she came to a climax holding him with such longing,
