[Chapter 8]- The suns out

Noora - 5 months after William left

Eva sits in her Spanish class scrolling through her Instagram to see a photo of Noora posted by Kristian. The two of them have been hanging out a lot over the past few months although he's always working and she has school to focus on they still spend most of their time together. "Hola" Noora says sitting in the empty seat next to Eva.

"Hi" Eva replies as Noora takes off her coat "How was your Weekend?" Noora asks since she spent the weekend with Kristian "It was good. You look really pretty in this" Eva says turning the picture towards Noora "I told him not to post it" she says rolling her eyes with a slight blush rushing to her cheeks "What did you guys do" Eva asks wondering what they do in the time they spend together especially since they weren't a couple "We mainly just talk and enjoy the view sometimes we go to the movies or he shows me new food places. We sometimes mess with girl and boys who try hit on either of us and pretend to be a couple" Noora says laughing to herself. Eva doesn't reply she just simply smiles glad to see her best friend is able to smile again after what happened with William a couple of months ago "Noora there's something I need to te-"Eva's huge reveal is cut off by the sound of their Spanish teacher "Buenos días clase" she says beginning the lesson.

"What was it you wanted to tell me before?" Noora asks Eva as they leave the classroom "O-Oh Uh..." Eva mumbles awkwardly trying to come up with a lie to cover up what she really had to tell her "Uh...Oh yes, right I was wondering if you a-and uh Kristian were still coming to Chris's 21st-weekend trip?" Eva says improvising "Yeah, of course, did we need to bring anything?"Noora asks since she forgot all about Chris's birthday "Uh I think Vilde put it up on the group chat" Eva says scratching the side of her nose "Oh okay I'll check later" Noora says shaking her head "I'm just gonna go to the bathroom meet you at the cafe?" Noora asks to which Eva just nods her head.

"Have you told her yet?" Vilde asks as soon as Eva sits down "Nooo I can't. why do I have to do it?" Eva says moaning "Because you're the one who heard it we have to pretend as though we know nothing," Sana says raising her hands "Yeah you must tell her and soon," Vilde says while signalling that Noora was coming "What are you guys talking about," Noora asks as she sits down "Nothing just more talk about the trip next weekend" Sana says smiling "How many rooms are there again" Chris asks considering this was new cabin they had all chipped in for Only Eva and Sana knew how many rooms there were "6 theres 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms" they all gasp "6 fucking 6 rooms?" Chris says while laughing "What are the sleeping arrangements?" Noora asks after hearing the amount of room "Uhm we'll figure that out later." Eva says still afraid to tell Noora what Chris told her "Okay" is all Noora replies smiling at Eva.

Friday - Shopping

"I actually can't wait for the trip just 2 weeks of relaxing and partying," Eva says eating her ice cream "And sex with no parents," Vilde says a little too excitedly "No. Sex," Sana says making herself clear to which they all laugh.

"so does everything have everything they need?" Eva asks the group "Yeah" they all say in unison "Kind of," Chris says causing everyone to turn to her "W-what are you missing?" Eva asks worried "I forgot to pack me a man," Chris says laughing causing everyone else to laugh "Let's get home and start packing," Noora says. They each follow her orders and make their way home to pack.
