I can't wait until we get to Los Angeles there's gonna be so many opportunities for me there, I hope there's not gonna be any drama at this new school because I ain't got time for none of this hate. I packed all my bags and said goodbye to all my friends already it was hard I started crying I'm gonna miss living in Orlando, but I guess we did need a change of scene because my mom's ex is really abusive she doesn't really mess with me and my sister April, he takes his anger out on my mom and that's another reason why we're leaving, that's the only reason why I'm not trying to talk my mom out of leaving I hate seeing her get hurt and that's why I'm happy after all these years she finally left him. My father left when I was 10 and April was 7, he was an amazing dad but my and him fought all the time so he just left he wanted to take us but mom wouldn't let him... I miss him we talk every now and then but I never told him about Tim because he never touched us so I didn't think there was any use he has a new family now I just have to move on.

I walked downstairs to go get some breakfast
"Hey, mom"
"Hey, baby you hungry?"
"Yes, I'm always hungry"
"I don't know how you eat so much and still in shape Issa blessing" I rolled my eyes and said
"I know, I'm jus playin', but I got my body from you" that made her smile because I really did get my body from her, my momma is pretty since she got here she had all eyes on her my sister is 13 so she's in 7th grade and I'm in high school, I ate my breakfast which was a fruit smoothie and a bagel, I see April coming down the stairs with this cute outfit on I gave her. " I know," April said she is way too cocky you can never compliment her without her doing too much so I just rolled my eyes at her and said
"Girl stop feeling yourself"
"I ain't I just know I'm cute"
"Girl, bye come on we have to go" me and April walk to school together because they are not that far apart
