Chapter 5

Kurai's POV

That night I had a dream. I could see me standing up on a cliff. But I looked sixteen. I had a cloak made of fiery black chakra my whole body was cloaked in it. My hair had gotten longer and on the top of my head it looked like I had chakra version of wolf ears. I had a swirling pattern on tshirt.  I jumped of the cliff. I woke up in cold sweat to see the sun streaming in my window. I took a shower and put my headband on.  I took my hoodie and trousers I put my sandals on and left with Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi and Tazuna.  We walked to the bridge.  Tazuna was ordering his workers. Sakura was protecting him me and Sasuke were checking the area with our sharingan. Kakashi was waiting for the unexpected. Then suddenly it became misty. Zabuza and Haku appeared.  " Protect the bridge builder." " Ha you think these little genin are gonna stop me " " Zabuza these genin are a few of the best I've ever known.  Sasuke is one of our best fighters.  Sakura is one of the sharpest minds on the team she can see through any genjutsu you throw at her. Kurai is a skilled ninjutsu user and can catch anyone off guard. Then are last member is the number one knuckle headed ninja Naruto. "   "Well as pleasing as that is you can't beat my Haku." " We'll see about that won't we" I said.  I drew my katana and charged Zabuza.  Zabuza dodged and grabbed my arm he was about to the final blow when I used a substitution jutsu. I strapped my sword to my back and ran to Sasuke.  Haku was fighting Sasuke. I jumped into the fight.  Me and Sasuke were fighting Haku who was dodging and aiming for our vital organs. He grabbed Sasuke and held with his hand. He started doing one handed hand signs.  " Ice crystal dome." He said making a dome around me and Sasuke. "I'm faster in here sorry boys but this is where we part." He started throwing senbon at us. Some were sticking out of Sasuke.  I had to move quick to dodge but a few were still sticking out of me. Then I suddenly heard an obnoxious voice.  " Naruto is here" I said. Then Naruto was in the dome and trying to fight by making shadow clones and Sasuke throwing kunai when ever he saw Haku. I was blocking the other senbon. That's when something happened that I couldn't stop. Sasuke ran in front of Naruto blocking the senbon. Some words were exchanged that I couldn't hear then Sasuke's heart faded. My anger was coming of me in waves I was in a viel of black chakra which belonged to juubi. I grew claws and fangs. I roared, tears rolling down my face. " You killed my cousin. A life for a life" I roared. Naruto using the Kyuubi's power. We ran at him punching him. He went flying through his dome. I ran out of the place and kicked Haku. He went flying. " I accept my fate. Please one of you kill me" I was angry at him but I couldn't kill him.

" I guess you forgot about Sasuke so quick. " I looked up at him and growled. I was gonna punch him but Naruto beat me to it. I was going to kill him when he disappeared.  I turned arond and saw Kakashi's hand in his chest. Zabuza was talking to Kakashi about Haku. And Kakashi made him see peace. " Zabuza I'm sorry but you're fired" Gato said. Gato walked over to where a dead Haku was and was about to harm him. Zabuza got pissed and ran at him with a kunai in his mouth. " All of you protect me " Gato said to his men. I had to help Zabuza. Zabuza ran at them hacking them down with the kunai in his mouth. I ran punching and kicking them away from him. He got cut and stabbed but he still continued.  Once he got to Gato he slit his throat. Then Zabuza said some words to Haku and died next to him. I was thinking about how nice that was until I felt a sharp sting. I looked down and saw a kunai through my chest.  I turned to see a guy wearing a hat and bandages with cow print trousers. " You mother fucking bastard " I hissed. Then everything faded. I woke the next day to find someone in my hospital room. She was passed out at the foot of my bed. "You look cute asleep" I said. " Aw thanks, isn't that sweet you care for me " Shit she was awake. " Um.. I, oh God help me". " Don't worry emo. I feel the same way about you." When she said that I felt like flying. I sat up. She then sat down on my bed. Then I leaned forward and she leaned forward. Our lips pressed together. I could feel the beat of her heart from her chest. I kissed Naomi feeling everything slip away to another world. "Ahem. I hope I'm not interrupting anything important. " I looked at the door and saw Kakashi and my team standing at his side with the mouths so open I was surprised a hundred flies weren't in there. " Yeah you were now get out so I can get back to my important things." I yelled. " I'll see you later don't worry." Naomi said kissing my cheek, before she left she slipped a note in my hand and walked out the room. "Why did you do that " I said to Kakashi.  "We brought flowers" Sakura said in a tone I couldn't understand. I looked at the daffodils.  " I guess Sasuke helped you with which flower I like" " Hn" Was his only response.  "Such a way with words I see" I said. He growled. " Keep the flowers Sakura I'm leaving the hospital.  Peace" I said going to my clothes and grabbed a smoke bomb and threw at the ground.  Smoke was everywhere I changed quickly and grabbed my kunai holster and weapons pouch. I walked to the window and opened  it all of the smoke went out the window.  " Kurai here is your paper. I recommended you for the chunin exam. The others already have theirs. If you wish to compete submit your application at the academy in two days" With that he was gone. " Well bye " I said jumping out the window.  I landed on a tree branch and traced my hand on the new scar I had on my chest. I opened the paper Kurai gave me.

It said:

Your mine and I'm yours.

" Yes" I said with happiness.
