28.Reunion

Everyone entered, except mom...
She was nowhere....

I looked at everyone's face... They all were looking slightly happy I guess...

I turned to Aarib with glassy eyes...
"M-mom?"
My throat became sore and I started coughing hard...

He handed me glass of water...

Siedd Bhai came and sat beside me, held my left hand in his...

"Mom is not well... She is in room beside yours... Don't worry... She is not mad at you anymore.. "

"I wa-wanna meet her"
I said squeezing his hand lightly...

"Get healthy first then you can meet her all you want" he said and kept his hand on my head...
I closed my eyes feeling my brother close after a long time..

A nurse came in after sometime and asked everyone to leave ...

I asked someone to stay and Aarib stood beside my bed with Ahaan in his arms.... I smiled looking into his eyes...

Nurse injected something...
And I drowned into peaceful slumber...

Aarib's POV:

I stood beside her bed...
She smiled at me

Finally!

Masha'Allah she looks so beautiful... So innocent

Even after spending years with her...
I can't do anything but fall for her even more...

I came out of my trance hearing door click...

Nurse left and I went out and handed sleeping Ahaan to mahi and came in to be with my queen

Slowing sitting near her on the bed.. I realised I was so far from her...

Recalling All the previous incidents made my heart clench...

She suffered so much...

I slowly creased Her cheek...
She was smiling weakly in her sleep....

Tears left my eyes and I kissed her forehead gently....

Knock knock

Knock on the door interrupted...

Nurse came in and asked me to meet the doctor.....

And when doctor informed me about zyva's reports it turned my world upside down

Zyva's POV :

I slowly opened my eyes feeling some weight on my hand...

Aarib was sleeping with mouth slightly open...
I giggled seeing him...

Masha'Allah he looks sooooo cute

He woke up, I giggled more... I don't know why but I'm finding it cute and funny at the same time...

He looked at me confused...

"Assalamu alaikum" I said and it came out in hoarse voice...

"Walekum Assalam wa rehmatullah"
He said standing up, when I held his hand....
