It was early morning, as the sun had not risen up yet.
Inside the world of KISSteria, the band KISS were sound asleep.
For it was much too early for anybody to be up at this very hour.
Fortunately, it was so quiet that not a creature was stirring.
Not even a mouse.
Catman was in bed, snoozing like a kitten.
His ears began to twitch at a strange sound.
Who the heck could be up so early in the morning?
Without a hesitate or a moment too soon, he quietly creeped through the door and into the living room.
The sound was becoming more louder.
"Hello...anyone there"?
He called out.
I immediately let out a gasp.
A trash can fell down as I backed into it.
Whenever I soon saw those fierce looking eyes in the shadows, I bolted away as fast I could.
"Wait, please"!
Catman's quick skills were useful for running really fast.
He jumped on the sides of buildings and then he finally caught up with me.
"Please...don't hurt—-AAAAAAHHH"!
I was hit in the head with something hard, though I couldn't remember what.
My body fell to the ground.
Oh No! She has hurt herself!
His thoughts seemed to echo as he ran up to my side.
I'd better take her to my place.
With a careful move, he picked me up in his arms and walked back to his apartment.
When he got there, the rest of the band were awake.
"We heard something loud and you were gone, so we waited until you came back".
Starchild yawned as he noticed the blanket in Catman's hands.
"What's with the blanket"?
The Demon crossed his hands.
Catman put me on the couch and lifted the blanket off of me.
"Wow, she's got powers just like us".
The SpaceMan saw a teal colored beam of light glow on my arms.
It resembled the KISS logos.
"I wonder how she even got here in the first place".
Starchild held up my hand to check for a pulse.
"She'll be safe with us".
He smiled as he stroked my head.
The band all went back to bed.
Catman laid me down on the other side of the bed.
Then, he got in as well and went back to sleep.
