"Chapter 1:Rumours"

Selena's Pov:

*Since My career took of there has been many rumours of me getting my butt operated and other horrible things ,therefore the topic of "Selena are you in a relationship with Chris Perez"is getting a little annoying.Chris and I have been working together for a couple of years now and we never really talk that much except of course when we are getting ready to go on stage.However i've always seen him as a 2 brother to me which makes us spend more time together, therefore the media gets to say whatever they want whenever they want,i've grown to accept things they say but sometimes it gets on my nerves how much they try to get attention out of another's person's life.Although,to be honest the only person I would love to be rumoured having a relationship with would be Michael Jackson my idol of course it will never happen because I dont event know him, then there's when real life slaps me in the face and I hear my mom...

-"Selena Hija chula, are you ready to go on,the show is almost starting they are waiting for you."my mom said standing at the half open door.

-"Yea ma im ready" I say with a smile in my face.

*Selena!Selena! Thats all I hear when im going up on stage,every time it gets me no matter how long we been doing it,the love and appreciation that our fans give us is unthinkable as usual I was wearing my Jacket with little diamonds on, my black bustier and my black pants with some boot as well as with the belt on as in my hair it was down,wearing my signature red lipstick giving my lips that vibrant look *

-"Are yall guys ready,listos" I tell the band as I start singing the first song I was really nervous as it was Disney every girl's dream, I started greeting my fans while on stage reminding them how important they are to me as the music started.

"1,2,3...4

-"Que humadera que nos viene

Ahogando la gente se pregunta

Nadie sabie que es,un carro

Viejo que viene pitando con

Llantas de triciclo y el

Motor al reves,en la esquina

Su novia fiel mis amigas

Se estan burlando murmuran

-"Saborsito manos arriba,eso!" I say encouraging the audience to get up and dance.

*Seeing the joy and happiness in their eyes as they dance to the rhythm of the music reminded me of me fangirling all over Michael Jackson in his earlier years with the Jackson 5 before he became a solo artist,and how hot he was and to my knowledge he still is*

*After the show the papparazi were waiting outside waiting for us pushing each other,which I always hated there was no need for them to do such thing,however one of them slipped and catch on to us, by the way she looked I could tell she was new and very young approximately 18 yrs old then I realized who she was 'LISA MARIE PRESLEY 'I couldnt believe it Elvis presley's daughter wanting to interview me,we all stopped and she started asking us questions, but no matter who she was and where she came from she made me really mad just like the press always does..

INTERVIEW:
LISA:"Hello welcome back to 'Puro Tejano' today we are here with our loving 'Selena Quintanilla',now tell me Selena there has been many rumours going around that you and 'Chris Perez' your guitarist are in a relationship what do you have to say about that in response?"

ME:"Thanks Lisa,umm i've heard of those rumours and I gotta tell ya they make me laugh,therefore in response to Chris and I being in a Love relationship, umm its not true we are very good friends we try to keep everything professional and for now im not interested in a relationship but in this moment we want to continue working in our music and keep bringing ya'll more 'Selena y Los Dinos'". I said nervously laughing at what she had just asked.

LISA:"Well Thank you very much Selena for addressing the rumours and everyone one at home don't pick up your remote control cuz we are going to be back bringing you more of 'Puro Tejano' and More of 'SELENA Y LOS DINOS'."

BACK AT HOME:
-"Selena what did I tell you?!" My dad Abraham said furious ,I could just see the anger in his eyes

-"Daddy,those ar...e just rumours the press created to have something to talk about don't get mad" I said scared of what he might say.

-"How can they be rumours,Selena people just don't make things up like that they have to had seen it to make them,so don't lie to me ,what do you and Chris have going on huh?!"he said almost screaming ,which he never does.

-"Papa, I dont know but what I do know it's that those rumours are fake me and Chris are friends thats all, what I am more concern is about the band than finding a partner"I said almost crying.

-"Now you listen to me Mija, if i find out you are lying, I am firing Chris's ass ,you understand me,all of you?!!.

-"Abraham,you don't have to talk to our baby like that if she says they are just friends we have to believe her"My mom Marcella said stepping in to defend me.

-"Marcella por favor, don't defend them, I am pretty sure they are fucking behind our back!". now this time he was really mad-yelling, at one point I thought he was going to lose his voice.

-"Dad how can you say that, you and mom know me better than anyone in this world ,I would never go out with someone before consulting you guys"I said with tears coming down my cheeks.

-"And that's why we want to keep you safe ,from any guy that comes across and tries to take advantage of you,so don't be lying to me,Got it!" He said walking away without letting me answer.

* I ran to my bedroom and laid on bed crying over those horrible words my dad just said about me,how could he think I willl ever do that without telling him or anyone in the family*

*Knock!,Knock!*

-"Who is it?"I say without even trying to speak.

-"It's me Sel..Chris"

-"Go away Chris, if dad sees you here he will kill both of us".I said with my face buried in my pillow not looking at him.

-"Sel I just wanna talk to you about something very important and I have to tell you because the guilt doesn't let me sleep at night" he said playing with his fingers nervously.
