"I'm exhausted" I sigh as I sit on the bench. Watching kai buying ice cream for us. But it's worth it. We're planning to go in a haunted house after we rest a bit.

"Strawberry for you" he announced happily and hand me my ice cream. I smiled and get it. He sat next to me while happily licking his vanilla ice cream "are you having fun?" He asked. I nod my head "yep. The roller coaster is so cool" i answered "I can see the buildings when we were already on top" he said smiling

"You seemed so happy kai" i said. He was smiling the entire time. "I remembered the times when my sis and I always go here" he chuckled shaking his head "she would buy me ice cream and made me seat on a bench. She was so protective. When she see a scratch or a little wound on me. She would immediately react. She was my first date. My crush rejected me. So in order to cheer me up she went here with me" he added

"I wish I have a sister" I sigh "is there something wrong with baek?" He asked "nothing's wrong with him. I want a sibling who would go to the mall with me and talk about stuff like girl stuffs" I answered "how about your mom?" "She's always busy with work" I replied licking my ice cream

"After we go to the haunted house our next stop is the ferris wheel" he said looking at the haunted house that Is full of screams. I gulp "don't tell me you're also scared of that" he chuckled pointing at the haunted house "a little. But i think I Can manage" I said proudly. He laugh and messes up my hair "I know you can"

Did I said I can manage?

A hand captured my foot under the table. I let out a scream "I CANT DO THIS!!" I cried. Kai was laughing the whole time since we entered the haunted house. "You said you can manage it" he said stifling a laugh "FINE. IM WRONG. I CANT MANAGE IT!" I cried again. He put his arm around my shoulder "I'll be here" he said

We stopped walking as we heard a faint cry. I gulp. Holding kai's shirt tightly. "Don't make a noise" he whispered "mommy?" Oh hell no.
As I heard some noise coming closer. I shut my eyes.

"Wait, it's a kid" kai suddenly said and let go of me. I opened my eyes and he's nowhere to be seen. "Kai" I called. He's so dead. I followed the faint cry and abruptly stopped when I saw a kid sitting on the corner. "Uhh... hey?" I called uneasy. She's not that scary at all

I walked closer to her and squated down "you okay?" I asked. She looks up. I flinch a little "I can't find my mommy" she cried. Thank goodness she's not a ghost or something "we will find her together okay? Don't cry" I said smiling at her. She nodded and stood up.

I held her tiny hand and together we started walking "you should be quite Okay? Or the monster will show up and scare us" I said.we both gulp . I can't do this...

I almost cried when we arrived outside. There I saw a woman desperately asking the guard to let her in again. "Mommy!!" The girl exclaimed pointing at the woman. I lift her up and made my way to the woman "lei!! Oh my gosh. I'm so worried" the woman cried And get lei from me. She turned to me with a wide smile "thank you young lady" I smiled at her and nod.

I wave at lei as they walk away. "Kate!!" I huff and turn my direction towards the exit. There's kai with a worried expression On his face "I'm right here!!" I said waving my hand. He looks relief and made his way towards me "sorry. I followed the faint cry but it vanished then I tried going back to you but you're not there" he said. I sigh and smack him on the forehead. "Ow" he pouted rubbing his forehead "how could you leave me like that?" I sigh

"I'm sorry" he apologized again. "Fine fine" he happily hug me "its time for ferris wheel" he exclaimed.

We went inside of a cart and the man closed the door. The cart began to move slowly. We can now see the beautiful city "hey" he called. I look at him "thanks" he thanked "for what?" I asked "because you came here with me" he answered "its okay I'm supposed to say sorry. I forgot about you" I sigh "don't worry about that. I can understand" he said

We turned in complete silence "I like you" he suddenly said. "I like you ever since I saw you. You just look amazing and unique and I can't stop myself from liking you" he added

He sigh as he noticed my silence "I know you don't like me back. But can you give me a shot? If we go out more then It would give us an advantage to get to know each other" He asked. I nod. He happily smiled and hug me

BAEKHYUN'S POV

I walk back and forth in front of our door waiting for Kate. Its now 5:30. Where is she?!

As soon as i heard a car turning off. I open our door. There I saw Kate and kai laughing. Ouch

She hop out and closed the door. Kai gave me a quick nod and drives off. Kate happily walks towards me "guess what" she said excitedly "what?" I asked "Kai said he likes me" she answered

I clenched my fist but manage to force a smile "well that's great"

"And we will plan on our next date Later" she added giggling "so you guys are a thing now?" I asked "nope. Not yet. He said if we go out more then it will give us time to get to know each other" she answered and walk in. I closed the door and lean my forehead on the wood.
