He starts to advertise shots to protect you from a rare disease you probably wouldn't get anyways. Many people got the shot,thinking it would really protect them,but instead of a medicine syrup, he created an elixir that turns people into icicles. Right there on the spot exactly 7 minutes after they get the shot.
