For eons, mankind had fought mankind.
With blade they put countless to the end of a spear.
With bullet they cast entire armies to the ground.
With energy and nuclear weaponry battering and cratering the land, mankind had finally angered the earth for the final time.
It awoken, and breathed life into the broken bodies of all fallen dead.
With only enough life within them to carry out their mission, the dead were to kill the living.
The living would kill both themselves, and destroy the world around them if the dead would fail their mission.
The living would be caught in the tornado of extinction, and adrift they would land on their head or their feet, the earth cared no longer.
The dead came in many forms. Zombies, Vampires, and those most unfortunate to become ghosts.
Revnants were powerful ghosts, feared entities that could not be faced.
They were spirits of hostile nature, and crushed the living without effort before taking host of the body.
The living was forced to work together; to end this childish game of cat and mouse they had played for so long.
And like clockwork, the living no longer made corpses for the earth.
The dead made corpses for the living.
The sky became red as blood, and the waters of the planet became that of ice.
Once lush forests turned to charcoal with the deep burning fire of chemicals and warfare.

The living armies were lead by Kaplan Kain, a poor man who united nations against the dead in his early military career.
He has since led his own regime and takes orders from no one.
He's got the guts to keep going even when he's buried in limbs and gore.
The courage to save every village and town that's swept over by his army.
And with the loss of his wife Theresa, the will to win this war; even if he had to do it with his bare knuckled hands.

The armies of the dead were led by Kaily Rivers, a strong-willed woman captured by the living for a test experiment against her own will a long time ago. The test resulted in her increased abilities and senses, and soon after, her own demise from an unknown agent in the serum.
Her teeth and nails grew to a frightening length and her eyes could burn as orange as the once bright sun at an angle.
After the earth breathed life into her discarded corpse, she quickly regained conscience and slaughtered those who wronged her.
The dead feared her.
And more than fear, they obeyed her.
They followed her, without question or belief of a second alpha.
Her rapid healing powers make her an impossible target, and her augmented strength gives her the edge over most trained military men.

Like Kaplan, both her anger in this war and her skills are unmatched.
Kaplan's your Wolf.
Kaily's your Shark.
And Earth?
Earth has no place for either, not any longer...
