A lot had happened since last year; a lot. I sat in the living room with only the diamond chandelier to light up the room. Diana stood in the doorway. My god she was beautiful. The blood red gown she wore showed of her curves and the black high heels she wore expanded her height. She gave me a look then rolled her eyes. Diana knew what I was thinking, she always did.

"Are you still worried?" she asked me.

I shot her a cold look then got up. Walking over to the mini-bar, she chuckled.

"Of course I am, they could still be looking for us." I replied.

She walked over to me and placed her hand on my shoulder. Kissing me on the cheek, she grabbed my hand and gave me a reassuring look. I poured myself a gin and her a dry martini. We both sat on the couch together and drank in perfect time. She stared at the fire place. On top was decorated with pictures we had took over the last 6 months, including our wedding photo in the centre.

"How did I ever get so lucky to marry you?" I asked.

"You saved my life, remember?" she replied.

"Do you ever feel...guilty?". She stared at me in disbelief. She stood right bolt up. Her eyes filled with tears before she smashed the glass on the floor.

"What that man did to me was nothing someone should ever go through," she screamed, "I'm glad we killed him, and I hope he's burning in the pits of hell!"

She stormed up the stairs, her heels loud against the oak floor. I smacked the glass on the floor as well. You know how I said a lot had happened in the last year? Well, we killed Stephen, took all his money and made a good living. I became a hit man and got 2 million for every job. That's how we live the lifestyle we live now. So yeah, a lot has happened.
