Abilities: Fire breath. Although he has none of the nightwing powers, he has become a master hypnotist, and hypnotizes other nightwings who DO have the powers to get the information he wants.
Past: Raised in the scorpion den, he got pushed around a lot, but eventually he met a sandwing in the den, who was able to teach him the art of hypnosis. Now he has an army of brainwashed slaves to push others around for him.
