(February 8th, 2017)
"Lauren we're here" Laurens driver said as he opened her car door.
Lauren looked up surprised not realizing she just dozed off half the drive there. "Ohh we are! Sorry Eddie was just thinking about the rehearsals I have with the girls these next few weeks"
"Lauren don't stress yourself. Just have fun tonight and don't think about work." Eddie told her with a light smile.
"I'll try too; Thanks for the ride Eddie. I'll call you once I'm ready to head back." Lauren said with a grateful smile.
"Ok, I'll be waiting and remember what I told you don't stress just have fun" Eddie replied
Laurens just responded with a wave as she walked towards the backstage entrance. Once Lauren entered they directed her towards the side stage since the concert had began already since Lauren was running 3o minutes late.
When Lauren got there she heard a familiar voice singing she instantly noticed it was Ty. Lauren smiled as she watched them perform.
They soon finished performing and Ty walked off stage patting the sweat off his head with a rag he was given. As he walked to the side of the stage looking down he heard someone tell him "Wow! You did great out there. I've never seen that energy when you performed with the girls and I" Ty looked up and met with the person who said it Lauren. She had a grin on her face from the comment she had just said.
Ty laughed and told her with a smile "I didn't know you were gonna come Lauren and if I were to have that jumping energy singing my verse from 'Work from Home' I'd look like a maniac"
Lauren laughed and went in to hug Ty as a hello. As they pulled apart Ty looked down at Lauren they started to just talk about what they've been up to since they since each other last which wasn't even that long ago.
As Lauren and Ty watched Bebe Rexha perform 'Me, Myself & I' Ty pulled out a joint and took a puff then offered it to Lauren which Lauren instantly accepted.
Ty chuckled and said "Hey, let me know if you ever need help hiding some in your suitcase"
Lauren was in the middle of taking a puff as he told her that then instantly started coughing because of the laugh that was escaping her. She softly hit Ty on the shoulder while she laughed
"Hey! That was a mistake" Lauren said with a fake sad face.
Ty laughed and told her "Hey, but for real I never knew you smoked before that incident?"
"Yeah, I've been smoking for about 2 years now but I keep it to myself due to working circumstance" Lauren said with a light smile
"Well whenever you're looking for a good smoke just let me know and I got you" Ty said with a smile
Lauren just smiled and nodded while saying thank you.
The concert soon finished and they were all sitting in Bebe Rexha's dressing room planning what club they'd go to. While they were sitting there Ty stared at Lauren and smiled when he heard her laugh at whatever they were talking about. He always thought Lauren was beautiful but Today he's gotten to see her beauty in different ways such as her personality. He's never really talked to Lauren other than when they'd work together but it was never like this.
"So Ty are you down to go?" Bebe asked
Ty was lost on where she was talking since he was so focused on Lauren "My bad, where?" Ty asked confused
"Drai's in Hollywood" One of Bebe's friends responded
"Oh yeah for sure" Ty said with a smile
"Ok! Let's start heading out!" Bebe said with an excited expression
"I'm just gonna let my driver know so he can take me there" Lauren said while pulling out her phone already giving her driver a call.
"Lauren there's no need you're coming with me and I'm not taking no for a answer" Ty said while pushing 'end' on Laurens phone call to Eddie
Lauren looked up and gave Ty and grateful smile and said a low "thank you"
Ty nodded in response and led the way towards his Porsche. Ty made sure to open the door for Lauren as they entered his car.
On the way Ty played some of his new unreleased music all while Lauren stared at him and noticed his features and the size of his arm muscles. Lauren quickly turned towards the road and blushed noticing that she was checking him out. Never before has she thought about him nothing more than a feature on one of there songs. But now she's seen a genuine side of him she'd love to get to know more.
"We're here" Ty said looking at Lauren with a warm smile.
