Before you read this poem I want to tell you it's context. I wrote this poem about a special person when we were in what some might call a rough patch. The first couple of exams had finished and I should've been revising but instead decided to write this. I then put it on the special persons desk for her to read however she didn't think it was for her so put it aside. So she never got to read it and now she no longer sees me as a 'special person'. So here you go. I hope u like it.

Deep blue, oceanic hue,
I stare and I stare,
I cannot look away,
I swear, I swear,
I just want to stay,
Right here, oh dear,
How your beauty enraptures me,
I say 'look at me right in the eye',
You usually refrain from doing so,
However this time thy,
Turn to me, our glances lock,
So lovely, so pure, I think,
I might have to die,
If I could not get lost in your eyes.
