Nobody has messaged me with questions, so I decided I'll post some things people definitely do that should be fixed.

Dialogue. These days, it seems nobody knows how to write it anymore. Here's an example of BAD dialogue.

"what a beautiful day." I said, looking at the bright sky. "yeah, it's perfect out." Said Fred. "we should go for a picnic on days like this." I said, blowing on a dandelion. "definitely." Replied Fred.

Dialogue like that this makes me cring. Can't spot what's wrong? Here it is:

Breaks in paragraphs are needed when there's a change in who is speaking.

When you add have something after what someone is saying like said [insert name/names here], replied [insert name/names here] he/she/they said, he/she/they, you can't have a period inside the dialogue, there needs to be a comma.

The first letter of the first word in the quotes must always be capitalized.

I'm terrible with words for explaining this, so here's a corrected version of the bad dialogue which is now good dialogue.

"What a beautiful day," I said, looking at the bright sky.

"Yeah, it's perfect out," said Fred.

"We should go for a picnic on days like this," I said, blowing on a dandelion.

"Definitely," replied Fred.

Hopefully your confusion is over by looking at the corrected version.

Defiantly v. Definitely. We've all made that mistake.

It's not definantly, it's not definitly, it's not definitley. It's definitely.

The problem with autocorrect is that with most misspellings it replaces your warped version of however you spell definitely with defiantly, so there's always sentences like this is stories.

"I'm defiantly going to the movies today," I said.

Defiant definition:

Boldly resisting or challenging

Definite definition:

Positive; certain; sure

So, to fix the sentence:

"I'm definitely going to the movies today," I said.

So, that's all for today. Comment or PM me with what I should do next (it doesn't have to be from the example questions list).
