Life has knocked me down a few times, it showed me things that I never wanted to see.

"Mnet Asian Music Award for the artist of the year goes to—"

I've been through sadness and failures. But one thing is for sure... I never gave up— ​ We never give up.

It's true, stars can't shine without darkness.

"Good evening, everyone!

We are extremely honored to be receiving such an important award. First, thanks to Yang Hyun Suk chairman for leading us four to be here. And thanks for always believing and cheering on us. Thank you very very much to Teddy Oppa for writing great songs for us that are loved by others! Thank you to all our staff who work so hard for us. We are grateful to our parents who always taught us to follow our dreams and supported us endlessly, no matter what. Lastly, we want to thank our BLINKs from the bottom of our hearts for loving us ever since day one, and to receive this award, really means a lot to us! This award is for our fans! We love you. Thank you so much!"

We did our thank-you speech and headed backstage. Jisoo unnie handed me the award as they went to great other idols.

I went to the makeup room and placed the award on a desk and started to stare at it. It was shining gold. 

I never realized how fast we rose to this fame. It feels like yesterday when we were just trainees... laughing and messing with each other. Going to a school like everybody else... those days I can never forget.

My life since the day I debuted as an idol, became hectic with busy schedules, events, album releases, promotions... I can't even remember when we became this popular. We are the best girl group in the industry.

'Queens Of K-pop' they call us. How strange, right? I should be happy about this........but I don't know why I  can't find the spark I used to have before.

*knock knock*

"Yeah? Come in."

As the door slowly opened, I couldn't tell how happy I was! Its Sung Min! The love of my life.

I just ran towards him and wrapped my arms around his neck as he lifted me.

Sung-min is my childhood friend. We used to live in a neighborhood. Our families were close. But unfortunately, they never really had time to spend with us. At that time he was the only one I used to talk to, play around, laughter together.

I didn't remember how many times I had spent time with my family but I remembered each and every single moment we made together.

But then this sweet little friendship started to turn into something which is even more beautiful! As time passed we both fell in love with each other. We never really cared about what all say. We have just been true to ourselves.

But then I became a trannie for YG Entertainments as I passed through the audition.

He became the chairman of his dad's company at a young age and is now a very popular personality in society.

Everything was going fine until my debut. honestly, I never wanted to debut in YG because I was aware about the rules and restrictions of this company. I'm not bothered by the system that was common in any kpop company. Dating was not allowed here. that was the problem. I had to audition just because of my mama. the worse thing is that I got selected.
