Y/N : ... Mingyu...

Mingyu : Eh? Me?!

Kai : Huh? Him?! Why?!

I walked over to him and kissed his lips.

Y/N : Saranghae~

Kai : Why?

Y/N : I don't the hell know. It's just, when I'm around him, I feel kinda safe. Sorry, Kai. Oh, if it helps, I'll help you find someone.

I looked at Kai who looks dissapointed.

Kai : I'll... Think about it... Bye...

He quickly ran away.

Mingyu : Well... Can I take you out? Like, right now?

Y/N : Um... Sure. I don't mind.

We went to a mall and walked to a coffee shop in the mall. We got our orders and took a seat.

Mingyu : Jagyi, can you wait here? I need to buy something.

He got of his seat. I held his hand.

Y/N : Where are you going?

Mingyu : ( smiles ) You'll see.

He ran off just like that. I tried to wait patiently. 5 minutes later, he came back bringing a velvet box.

Y/N : What's that?

Mingyu : It's something you can never take off unless we break up.

Y/N : Which is?

He opened the box, revealing a golden ring with a ruby shaped like a heart.

Mingyu : What do you think?

Y/N : I love it...

He slipped the ring on my finger.

Mingyu : Like I said, promise me you will never take it off.

He held up his hand, which had the exact same ring on it.

Y/N : Yes. I promise I'll never take it off.

We pinky promised and kept talking. I noticed he wore another ring.

Y/N : What's that?

Mingyu : It's a ring. My whole group wears it to show were Seventeen. I can't take it off, just like the ring we both wear.

Y/N : I love that ring. It's plain and pretty.

We kept talking and soon went home.

Mingyu : Can I walk you home?

Y/N : Sure.

We walked home and said our goodbyes. He then pulled me closer and kissed my forehead. Then he smiled and went away. I went inside my house and got the biggest shock in my entire life.
