She is a mix between a human and quanari but when the time magic incident at redcliffe happened the herald and Dorian lost sight of her.
She woke up in an alley way in Tokyo she heard a almost girlish scream she ran to the source of the noise and as soon as the metal pipes collapsed due to the shock of the sudden noise she got impaled and after this point she has a similar story to kaneki until a certain point.
