Chapter 13: Recovery

JACOB'S POV: I'm freaking out right now! Erin just passed out. I'm shaking her trying to wake her up but it's not working.

Me: ROC, RAY, EJ, PROD, SOMEBODY HELP!!!

Roc, Ray, EJ, and Prod came bursting through the door.

Roc: Dude, what happened?!

Me: I laid her on the bed, and a couple minutes later, she stood up saying she felt light-headed, and I was trying to hold her steady until she fainted. I've been trying to wake her up ever since!

Ray: OMG, we need to call 911! {yells downstairs} YO, ALLEN! GET MY PHONE ON THE TABLE AND CALL 911 ERIN FAINTED.

Allen: {yells back} OMG, I'M CALLING NOW!

I holding her trying to wake her up. I was so scared.

Craig: {pats my back} Don't worry Jake. She's going to be fine.

Me: Yeah? How do you know, huh?

Roc: She's a fighter. I just know she's going to be fine.

We heard sirens and the paramedics came up the stairs asking us what happened. After I told them, they put her on this strecher and lifted her in the ambulance. They let me and Roc ride in the ambulance, and the other took the car. We arrived at the hospital and they told us to wait in the waiting room. I really hope my baby is okay.

ERIN'S POV: It's morning and I woke up in a hospital bed and gown. I don't remember how I got here. Right now, I just want Jacob and Roc!

Doc: Oh great, you're awake!

Me: What happened?

Doc: Your friends bought you here because you felt light-headed and you fainted last night.

Me: Oh, am I going to be okay?

Doc: Oh, of course. You had a minor anxiety attack. These happen all the time with patients. Were you stressed or recieved some traumatizing news?

I thought about it and then remebered what happened last night with Sarina. OHHH! Now I remember!

Me: I did actually. I remember now!

Doc: You just had high blood pressure, but we ran it again and your vitals and back to normal. You are completely fine. Your friends want to come in and see you, but if you want to rest I understand.

Me: No, please bring them in. I miss them soo much.

Doc: {smiles} I'll bring them in right now.

I'm so excited to see them. I never had friends care about me that much before. It wasn't long before Nate, Allen, Jailen, Prod, Roc, Ray, EJ, and Jacob came running through the door. I wasn't surprised but a little hurt that Sarina wasn't here. Did she really mean all that stuff last night?

Everybody: ERIN!!!!

Me: Hi guys! {being showered with hugs}

Nate: What did the doctor say?

Me: He said it was a minor anxiety attack, but I'm back to normal.

Jacob just stared and smiled. I smiled back forgeting that everyone was staring at us.

Jailen: Hey, let's give them some privacy.

They all gave me a final hug, but Prod, Roc, Ray, and EJ gave me a kiss on the forehead as they walked out. As soon as they closed the door Jacob crawled into the bed next to me.

Jacob: Are you sure you okay?

Me: Yes Jacob, I'm okay.

Jacob: Can I ask you something?

Me: Yeah, sure.

Jacob: Did you mean it?

Me: Mean what?

Jacob: That you love me?

Me: {smiles} Of course.

He smiled and kissed me. Man, I couldn never get enough of his lips. His moved perfectly with mine and he slipped his tongue in my mouth. Ooh lors, that boy has a gift. He rolled on top of me and deepened the kiss. After 5 minutes, he pulled away resting his forehead onto mine.

Jacob: I love you Erin Greene.

Me: I love you too Jacob Perez.
