The end has happened a few years ago, Tom has since had to take job in a coffee shop to make ends meet. Edd is currently living with Matt in an apartment and they are happy together.
Tom does not have much contact with them anymore since he doesn't want to burden them with his issues.
Tom lives by himself in a small apartment also. He is in constant disarray and wonders what could of been if Tord would of just stuck with them instead of breaking off their so called "friendship".
Tom still resents him for what he did and was extremely disappointed (yet relieved that he wasn't a murderer) when he found out about Tord being alive or as he now goes by, The red leader.
Tord has on the other hand taken over many countries and is quite "happy" with the life he has chosen, having left his friends and turned his back on his old life to grant him the power that his entire being craves for.
However to expand an empire one must plan and that is exactly what he is doing. Instead of rushing into an attack and doing something foolish, screwing himself over, he plans a trip to England to explore the place once more before he decides it to be fit for his evergrowing empire or to hold it off until he has expanded elsewhere.
He will stay down low so not many people will notice him as the Red Leader.
Will they cross paths and reconnect a long forgotten spark? Or remain bitter rivals and continues this "hate" Towards one another? Continue reading the book to find out.
