It wasn't always like this, I mean I've had a happy life. But that's before school...that's before my dad left, that's before my mom died, that was before........I met Joey.
*beep beep*
"Ugh" I say turning the annoying alarm off. It's finally the last day off school. That last day of me being a freshman, I remember when freshman year started...me and joey were pretty close (surprise surprise) but then Luna came to our school. (No hate to Luna) She was the pretty new girl but she had tricks up get sleeve she got with joey and he changed.
"Wassup" my bestfriend Alexis says walking in my room eating a muffin.
"Did you get that from here!" I say getting up out of my warm comfy bed. "Yeah" she giggled.
Alexis had been my friend since kindergarten. It all started....
"Good morning class" my beautiful teacher Ms. Penny says, "today we have a new student named Alexis" she says bringing Alexis to the front of the class.
10 min later. "Ok class pair up" Ms. Penny said, no one paired up with Alexis the new girl so I did, "Hey wanna be friends" My gaped teeth face said, her face lit up "Sure". And from that moment on we became best friends.
End of flashback.
"I think you should where a crop top" she says.
I looked at her with the "bitch what" face. "Come on you have a great body" she says throwing away her wrapper from the muffin she was eating.
"Uh I don't think so" I say opening my closet door.
"All you where is baggy shirt and leggings or big hoodies, you need a change" she said.
She is right, I have always been insecure about my body since day one. I mean yeah.. Luna. She always tells me I'm ugly and worthless.
And I believe her...even though I shouldn't.
"Ok fine" I say, I grabbed a black croptop, a black sports bra, high waisted blue shorts, and my white and black superstars. I also don't where makeup often, I mean hey I could have a touch up.
I got outta the shower put on my clothes straightened my hair brushed my teeth grabbed my phone and backpack (oh and did makeup) and left with Alexis. I walked into school and everyone stared at us.
That's weird.
"Why are they staring" I say whispering in Alexis ear and looking at everyone staring.
"Gurl! look at you...every girl gunna be jealous and hate you everybody wanna get in yo pants" she said smiling "Listen I have to get to the math teacher i need to tell him my mom is dieing so he gives me a A+ and feel bad" she waved and said walking backwards.
"Great" I whisper to myself. This is gunna be a long day.
I pass by Joey and Charles talking to here girlfriends, joey is dating Luna and Charles is dating Hannah Luna's bestfriend.
The boys whistled. I looked around and then came to the realization that it was meant for me.
