" mark? the foods are done! let's eat! "

mark slowly walk to the kitchen. he flashes her a smile. a loving smile, a sincere smile because he knows that she will never saw the smile again.

" feeling better, mark? " she ask as she sit next to mark.

" y-yes.. " he smiles again.

" okay.. so, let's dig in! "

hyerin really enjoy her foods but mark doesn't. she notice mark was only poking the food with his spoon. feeling concern, she ask him.

" mark? are you okay? " she ask.

" yes.. "

" why don't you eat, then? " she ask again looking at mark with full of concern.

" i don't ha- " his words were cut off.

" you don't like it? " she looks down sadly.

" no! no! i like it! it looks food too.. " he says holding hyerin's hands.

" then? " she ask with eyes full of tears.

" i just don't feel so good.. you know? after- "

" yeah.. i'm sorry.. " hyerin holds his hands.

" hyerin? how about we watch stars today? " he ask excitedly.

" that's a good idea! mark, you are so clever! " hyerin squealed happily.

" uhh thanks i guess? " mark scratched his nape.

hyerin gets up about to leave him alone. mark looks at her with full of confused.

" what are you waiting for? come on! " she gestures mark to follow her outside.

it was 11:34 pm and they are still outside. enjoying the night view.

mark looks at hyerin. she was smiling looking at the sky. he was never been so thankful to have her as his girlfriend. he really love her with all his heart. he loves her eyes that only shine when he's with her. he loves her nose. she always scrunched it when he says some cringing words. he loves her soft lips when they are moving in sync while they're kissing. he loves her voice too. her voice soothes him when he was scared or nervous. he loves everything about her.

realising that mark's staring at her, hyerin turns to look at mark. she looks at him with a confused face. she raised up her eyebrows and waves a little at him but he still doesn't budge.

" mark? are you okay? are you cold? do you want to go in? you can go in- "

" im fine. i just- admire your beauty.. " mark says leaning on to her side. she hides her face in her hands. there's no use of covering her face when mark can still see the redness of her cheeks.

" don't cover your face. it's cute you know? " he said taking hyerin's hand off from her face.

her cheeks was still red when she looks at mark slowly.

" hyerin.. actually i have something that i really need to tell you.. " mark says looking into her eyes. the seriousness in his voice makes hyerin kinda scared.

" p-proceed.. "

" i- its- ah.. " he pulls his hair in frustrated. he just don't seem to say the right word. in fact, he scared to spill the truth.

hyerin slowly wrap her hands around mark's waist.

" mark, inhale. exhale. inhale. exhale. " mark follows what she ask him to do.

after feeling a bit relaxed, mark cleared his throat.

" actually, i- " his words were cut off when suddenly his body parts started to faded slowly. hyerin was so shock to see what happend.

" mark! " she tries to hold his hand but failed. she just can't touch him anymore.

" h-hyerin.. " he say weakly. his hand reached out for her but what can she do. she can't touch him. he's no longer in a human form. he's fading.

" mark.. what is happening right now?! don't leave me! i cannot live without you! " she scream as she clutches his fading clothes.

" y-you need t-to unblock me f-from your contacts a-and read the text back.. " he half whispers. after finishing his words, he's gone. gone from the human world. gone from her.

hyerin tears was still pouring down her face. she just cannot believe that he's gone. she was screaming and hitting herself.

hyerin was searching everywhere for her phone. she really needs to find the answers. after for about a few minutes, she finally found it.

she quickly unblock mark from her contacts and tried to read her previous chats.
