Jimin is scowling.

The whole time the three of you are on the way home, he can't help but feel irritated. The wolf insisted to take you home even if he was there, your hybrid claiming that Jimin can't even carry you because of the bags you both have.

You thanked him before going back to your dreamland, unaware of the tense atmosphere inside the taxi, even the driver sensed it and quietly drives.

He looks out of the window and touched the collar around his neck, he smiled as he touched it, ignoring the jealous glare of the wolf seated away from him.

"What is it mutt? Quit staring." Taehyung scoffed and looked away before turning his gaze to Jimin's collar to your sleeping form.

He knows he can fight those thugs, but after he saw you he let them beat him because somewhere in his mind, he knows you'll come and save him. He just know it.

Once the taxi got to the familiar streets, Taehyung paid off and carried you again outside before looking at Jimin.

"Lead the way cat." Jimin rolled his eyes but nevertheless lead the way. It was silence once again.

When Taehyung speak up.

"Is she your owner?" He talked in a low voice, staring at Jimin. He again gazed at you before turning his head once again to the cat.

"Why?" Jimin asked. In the back of his mind, he himself is unsure. Besides, you just met each other in a few days, surely you wouldn't adopt him in that short time you met each other. The wolf looked at Jimin, studying his expression and trying to know his thoughts. 

Silence filled the air once again. 

Arriving in your doorstep, Jimin placed the bags aside and turned to Taehyung. 

"I'll carry her, thanks for the help."  

However Taehyung refused, holding you tightly that it got you awake. 

"J-Jimin?" 

The cats ears perked up at the sound of your voice, looking at you with worry.

"Hey, we're home." You smiled at him tiredly before turning your gaze to Taehyung who watched you as you looked at him. You raised your hand and stroked his ears earning a delighted purr from him. 

Jimin watched, irritated at the lack of attention you pay to him. His tail swished from side to side as he watched in jealousy. He yanked your hand back resulting inyou almost falling from Taehyung's arms. 

"Its late, let's go inside." He turned back to the door and opened it, carrying the bags inside as you watched him in confusion whilst unaware of the smug expression the wolf hybrid behind you have on his face.

You looked back to Taehyung with an apologetic smile, just in time to see how quick his face changed from a playful face to an emotionless one. Ignoring the confusing behavior, you apologized.

"Sorry for tonight and for Jimin. I'm confused myself but I hope it doesn't bother you." A soft smile displayed in his face after watching how you shift your weight from side to side and how tense you are. He placed a hand on your shoulders in attempt to calm you down.

"Chill. Its okay." You watched how his eyes turned into crescents and his boxy smile seems to uplift your mood in the calm night. 

Behind you there stood a fuming cat as he watched your exchange with the wolf. He can feel how his heart is beating fast in anger, eyes narrowed at the smiling wolf.

Oh? Getting brave now hm?

The next following days passed like a blur and before you know it, its been a full month with Jimin, you, along with Taehyung.

The wolf hybrid decided to stay in after you let him stay in your house that night. He's a great help to the house as you saw how diligent he is with his things and other stuffs in the house.

You noticed how there's a tense atmosphere whenever the two are together from time to time, almost like they can murder each other with a blink of an eye. But when you are there, its gone like it was never there. 

Surprisingly, the two of them warmed up and even if Jimin denies it, you saw him getting a blanket for the wolf hybrid after seeing Taehyung passed out in the couch.

"I just can't afford to have a sick hybrid here, I'll be sick too."

You just went along with him after seeing his flustered cheeks. Time goes by and everything is getting well.

But is it really?

sorry for the late and short update, promise i'll make the next chapter longer and better for you. I'm using a laptop now so it wouldn't be a hassle whenever it autocorrect words i write, but if ever you saw spelling and grammar mistakes, just comment it. ill edit those later.
