CASTIEL

I summoned Crowley, to-to make a deal, and he didn't show.

CASTIEL

Well now we know how he vanished.

(walks to Sam - squints)

Was the Mark [of Cain] still engraved onto his skin?

SAM

(looks up at Castiel curiously)

CASTIEL

It's because he's alive, just not in the way he should be.

SAM

So what? Are you trying to tell me that my brother is some sort of - no! I watched him for hours Cas, he wasn't coming back.

CASTIEL
