Do you really care
Do you even notice
When im not there
I'm so sorry
For pulling you close
Only to shove you away
I know it must
Have torn you apart
With every passing moment
I know you tried
To keep me close by
But only to reach out to find
I'm already gone
Leaving you wondering
What went wrong
Truthfully you contaminate
Everything I see
With a dark hue
Of losing you and
The bitter taste of defeat
It yanks me this and that way
The truth with
I fell hard for you
With out warning
When you said you wanted
To be my shelter
And strength to carry in
I can see the pain
I feel and hide
Reflecting back in your eyes
But can you she it
Im done running away
I want to run into your arms
Will you still be there
I'm done with hidding
You shone me the light
Will you guide me there again
Can o come back
To did I confuse the truth
With a fairytale ending
Can there still be
