Nothing (A sad poem)

Nothing was left in a place she once called home.

A soul left to wander, left all alone.

Struggling to break free she screams and she shouts.

All she wanted was to find a way out.

No where to go, and no one to help, she couldn't stand it, she slowly broke down.

All she could do is wonder "Why God Why?!" but there was never an answer and she wanted to die.

She ran to the kitchen, and grabbed a knife.

She stared at the cold blade with tears in her eyes.

She thought she had nothing to live for, nothing at all.

So against her neck the sharp blade was held, she then closed her eyes as the tears slowly fell.

Her hands were now shaking as she started to cry.

But still she did it she let herself die.

Now there is truly nothing in the place she once called home, but her soul is still here to wander, as she is still alone.
