3:30 pm. Hair/Makeup Appointment
Today is prom. Dang, and here I am dateless again. It's not like I didn't get offers, I did! I just was waiting... waiting for that one FREAKING guy. Sorry, your right I should have at least introduced myself.
My name is Gg. No not like "good game" bro. All the gamers put that in their posters when they asked me to prom. Anyway, I'm a senior here at Willow High and have been waiting for my crush to ask me out since like 10th grade. Okay Cassidy, I know I said I will tell you details but come on I feel bad for talking while Maria does my makeup.
5:45- Group Pictures
You know I kind of like just with a group of girls. It's more fun. Anyway this guy and I, you know its Shawn. Does everyone know?
Really? Wow I need to better hide my emotions.
WAIT WHAT! He's GOING TO PROM!
Oh my gosh what if he's there with a girl! He is probably there with a girl! Guys don't go to the prom of their own free will. I mean he probably asked the girl he likes.
The history?
Well, it all started when we had the same math class together. He would make fun of me and I would tease him back. But he was genuinely funny. Not the best looking guy out there but to me he was handsome. But as we grew older and are in different friend groups, it will never work out. I see him sneaking glances at me in class and I do the same but... it's too late now. It's senior year plus how can I still like a guy I barely talk to anymore!
Why do I wait for him? I think somewhere in my jigsaw, messed up mind I believe that one day that will all change! That we would finally get together.
